Review: To Whom it may concern,I purchased a WaveTrac differential for my 2012 Ford Mustang in late 2013. Since having this part professionally installing in my vehicle it has not met product guarantee's made by the manufacturer. In addition during it's service life in my vehicle it suffered a design failure for which I had to incur personal expenses to uninstall and ship the differential back to the manufacturer. Then pay for re-install. The manufacturer could no explain why the product had failed nor guarantee it would not re-occur. After the reinstall the product performed far worse than it had previous to it's failure causing me to send it back for repair in the first place. It was at this point I requested a refund for a defective product.(July/2014) To which I got no response. I called the company and was told the manager would have to review my case. I followed up via email a few week later in August after no one from Autotech contacted me. It has been 8 weeks since that communication with no follow up. I have now notified them of my intention to contact the Revdex.com and Attorney General's office of CA to resolve this matter.Desired Settlement: I think it is justified to request AutoTech compensate me the for original cost of the Wavetrac including shipping.($1016.34) I will have the Diff. returned to the location they specify at their expense. Once received I would request said refund be sent to me via certified check.
