Hi *** This is *** *** from autotek *** had his car towed to us for no oil pressure, it was not brought in for a misfireOur first check is oil level and according to the dip stick it did not register and took quarts to bring it up to the correct level. After that we ran
the car and it had such a bad misfire that we were unable to do any real testing on the oil pressure problem. *** declined fixing the misfire which would be necessary to test for his original complaint. After declining replacement of spark plug wires *** opted to tow the vehicle back home so he could make his own repairs On the customer's follow up phone call, *** used profanity at ***. *** did not respond with aggression or profanity. He was not banned from bringing his car back to our establishment, however *** did recommend that he "find a repair shop that could make him happy" We do not record our phone calls however we do have a customer who witnessed ***'s side of the conversation from our front counter Thank you for your time, I will await your response, *** ***
