Review: I ordered a Power Acouctik car amp from them on line and paid for it, A week later they said that they don't have it and can't get it. So they said they can give me one like it, I said ok due because a week went by and they had my money.The amps come over a week later. It took me over a month to get the money to get it installed, I got it installed it worked for about 2 months and stopped working. I contacted them and they sent me a link to the manufacturer a few days later after a few emails to them.The manufacturer said that they would not honor the 1 year warranty because Autotoys was not a authorized dealer for their product. I contacted Autotoys again and they sent me the same email back with a attitude and said that they told me what to do. So I sent them another email with a copy of the email the manufacture sent me. Autotoys said that they were a authorized dealer threw a 3rd party and that their warranty was for only 3 months due to beening a 3rd party seller and that I was past the 3 months so it's my problem. If I knew that up front I would have ordered the amp threw the manufacturer for the same price so I can get the full 1 year warranty.Also the amp was last years model that they sent me don't even make it anymore .It did not state this anywhere on their website about 3 party or last years models . This company is a FRAUD with the worst customer service ever and they don't have anyway for you to talk to anybody .And their phones are disconnected or a recording stating to email them only. AGAIN VERY POOR COMPANY TO DEAL WITH.Desired Settlement: refund money so I can replace it purchase threw the manufacter

Review: I placed an order on 6/18/2014 for a audio system and it was back ordered and every time I contacted them the promised me it will be delivered once it get back in stock and they kept dragging it until all of a sudden it says order status is not available and now I don't any response from them any more.

PLEASE HELP....Desired Settlement: either I get my order delivered or I want my money back

Review: ordered a stereo from autotoys on 05-25-2015 and still haven't received a stereo autotoys didn't hesitate to withdraw the amount from my bank account to process and deliver the product I have been nice and sent them a couple of emails asking what the estimated delivery time time is and still have not had a reponse from themDesired Settlement: I want a full refund from them in the amount of $298.68 credited back on my card or deliver my order asap

Review: I purchase a stereo component for my car. Autotoys (aka Sound Conceptions) represented that it would work for my particular automobile make and model number. I followed the installation instructions. But the component did not work. I just want to return the item for a refund.Desired Settlement: I just want to return the component and be credited for the charge of $180.86. However, I would like to be credit before actually returning the item since I have read several stories online where consumers returned a product to autotoys (aka Sound Conceptions), but they failed to credit the return.

Review: I ordered a product from www.autotoys.com on April 20, 2014. I ordered Dension LIA1GW0 Lightning USB Adapter for Gateway (for IPHONE 5/6) and DENSION GATEWAY LITE GWL1DB1 GATEWAY LITE D2B MERCEDES BENZ (USB IPOD) with a CD changer loop the total cost was $276.29. The payment has been charged on my credit card already. I contacted them on 4/25/15 and they told me order was processed and would be out for shipping, however I contacted them again on 4/30/15 after I did not receive my order. And I contacted them again on 5/11/15 and again on 5/13/15. I have not received my order and I have not heard from them. I have asked for a full refund and received no response still. I want a full refund for the items I ordered including the shipping I paid for as the item was never delivered and I have still yet to receive a response from them. There is no phone number on their site for customer service and you can only use email to contact them.Desired Settlement: I want a full refund. This includes the amount I paid for the items along with the amount I paid for shipping of the items since the items were never delivered.
