Dear Sr/ Madam I am writing with reference to the complaint #***We have received your letter dated on October 6, First and foremost we offer our apologies for not being able to ship your car and having you as our customer, due to a technical issue with our network and server
that made our communication system collapse the day you mentioned .Due to this situation we missed business with our customers and drivers as wellWe never charged any fee to *** *** also we want to clarify that customers can do a reservation with multiple auto transport companies without any problem, some times our competitors tell about conflicts doing reservations when they don't have drivers, are not able or need gain some time to provide the service. We duplicated our systems to prevent future problems and serve satisfactorily our customers. We offer our apologies again for any inconvenience. I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does satisfy my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint #[redacted]. I understand that by choosing to accept the business response that my complaint will be closed as resolved. However, I assume that everyone at your business has a cell phone but no attempt was made to reach me the day my car was meant to be shipped. Also if you record your calls and if you went back and listened end you would hear That I was lied to repeatedly. Your company also neglected to remove my cancled booking for more than 36 hours. I was also told repeatedly that this "mishap" wasn't my own fault for double booking. However I only double booked when I was not contacted by 6 pm as I was told I would be. Please conduct your customer service is a more honest manner.

The company made sure to call Ms.[redacted] regarding the booking. Here, she let us know she was working with a different company to transport her vehicle. We never actually moved her vehicle OR charged her for a service she did not want. We further checked our account statements and made sure there...
had not been an error where she could have been charged. Therefore, unless she has a statement showing that we specifically charged her card, we cannot refund her any money.
