I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to meI would be willing to go to auto trends and get a new vehicle Regards, [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because:
If it's not fixed in six days I will let you guys (Revdex.com) know because I feel this is unacceptable if we can't get our mail then no one else should either it's amazing how they have time to walk around and remind us of when the RENT IS DUE but can't walk around and let us know about what's going on with the mailboxes, some priorities are more important than others because if people are waiting for checks to come in the MAIL how is the rent gonna get paid

We have already contacted a plumber to get this issue taken care ofUnfortunately this occurred after hours last nightResident did come into office this morning and explained to us and I told her we would get right on itIf she had any more problems to call our leasing office

This letter is in response to a complaint made by [redacted] (ID#: [redacted]). Mr. [redacted] recently had his vehicle in for repair. It was diagnosed with a bad starter. The repair was not covered under warranty. As a gesture of goodwill, we replaced the starter for Mr. [redacted] and...

only charged him what his deductible would have been. Our gesture saved him a significant amount of money.  We are disappointed  that he is still not happy with his 135,000 mile sport utility.  If  Mr. [redacted] is interested in purchasing another vehicle, we would be happy to help him select another one and offer him more than fair value for his 2010 [redacted].
