following our policy and procedure.  When we find a car we feel is in a state that is unsafe to drive, by law we are required to inform the customer and strongly suggest that the vehicle not leave the property as we feel it is an unsafe situation for both the owner and other drivers on the road.  Perhaps he was a bit forceful when trying to explain this to you, and for this I apologize.  But I cannot condemn him for doing his job as he has been instructed.You stated you have had the vehicle repaired at another business and the cost was very low.  I hope all the repairs done by that business met your expectations, and you don't have any further trouble with your brakes.Please accept the enclosed check refunding the entire amount of $47.22 that was spent on the repair.  And again, accept my apology. Thank you, Colleen [redacted]Autotronics of Mankato[redacted]Mankato MN 56001[redacted]corresponding documents attached.

I did receive an email from AutoTronics and they did refund me the money and even went a little above and also tried to regain my business and trust be giving me a coupon for a free oil change and inspection. This is appreciated. Thank you!
