We are a company that provides a repair service for automotive electronics including reprogramming of automotive computers*** * *** purchased a repair service on Ebay from us on March 10, After we reprogrammed his airbag control module for his *** *** and sent it back
to him, he claimed it didn't workWe made a purchase from one of our suppliers (I attached the invoice receipt above), a brand new control unit by part number matching his and sent it to himSome time passed by and he sends me an email on eBay threatening me that he will leave a negative review (feedback) on eBay if we don't reimburse $that he claims he spent on fixing an issue that we createdHe paid $on eBayWe refunded him after he opened a case and sent him a new moduleNow he is claiming we owe him $I made a call to a Kia dealership and they sent me an invoice that the computer he claims he paid $for costs $(attached invoice above)After all this, we realize the customer is making unreasonable demands and stopped communicating with himCome Friday, he sends a message on eBay claiming he is leaving negative feedbackWe did not respond, so he leaves the feedbackeBay monitors everything, so they contact us and tell us since this customer is being unreasonable, they are removing the negative review from our page and blocking this customer from purchasing anything from us in the futureAbove I attached all invoices of the transaction

We do not owe you anythingWe did not fry your moduleWe covered you with a replacement and you are a complete liar claiming now that it was labor, after you clearly stated that a new replacement module cost you $I don't know how you keep making these claims after we reimbursed you on every penny we received from you and sent you a replacement module that we purchased brand new

Don't let the facts cloud your reality.  Fact - $780 was for parts, labor, tax.  See attached receipt.  $471.64 for the module, $250 for labor, $30 for G.O.G & Supplies, $28.30 for taxes.  Total = $779.94.  So, don't call me a liar when the proof is right there.  Add the $40 you charged and the shipping I paid back and forth, I put out $834.  Fact - the replacement module you sent me was not new.  You paid $50 for it.  You can't buy a new one for $50, as proven by the receipt you attached for the $419 estimate from the KIA dealer.  Fact - the module was defective, as outlined on the attached Kia dealership receipt I attached.  Fact - you told me you paid $300 for the module, you paid $50.  Fact - you ruined my original module or you wouldn't have tried to send me a used replacement one.You want to justify in your head that you are not to blame and you did everything to rectify the situation.  Your framing the situation in a manner that is not supported by the facts.
