My water heater has been changed times in yearsI have contacted my builder, they have sent all their personnel gas, electric, plumbingAll have identified the Ecowater may be at fault in rusting out the water heaters I contacted the president of Ecowater in Plant CityHe said he would return my call to schedule a time No call ever came

12/19/2016Customer came in to the shop and wanted an estimate for base price of installing a used engine in his Chevy truckHe said he just wanted to get it running so he could sell itAs he buys and sells trucks, tractors and motorcycles as a side businessI have him an estimate for $1,
for removing and replacing engine onlyI told him that with out seeing vehicle I could not determine what additional cost would be incurredThe truck was TOWED in a few days laterThe original engine was in pieces as someone had tried to rebuild it.We had no way of determining what the original failure wasThe customer came in later that day and I explained the situation to himHe stated " I am a mechanic and that the failure was caused by a failed heater core causing an overheating condition." I said, "maybe, but it may take more than that if you want a running engine." He pulls out a was of $100s and said he understood that there will be additional pats and he wanted it done rightCustomer stopped in, or was called almost daily and informed of additional parts including additional parts and laborOnce engine was installed it had running issuesThe mechanic that installed the engine did not have the skills to determine the running issueIT was then given to the lead technicianHe found the fuel injection system from the original engine was badWe installed a new one Once we completed the truck the customer came in to pay the balanceHe stated that he did not feel he should pay for the additional partsSo at that time we were in agreement that if I did not charge him for additional parts that he would be satisfied.A month later the check engine light came on, we found the Osensor were slow to respond so we replaced them at cost, to satisfy customerHe had been in the shop three times since then and never said a thing about it, except that it was running greatTurns out the sold the truck and did not want to disclose that informationEnclosed are the warranty requirements from the engine supplierThe customer was shown this information before we completed the workHe was not too concerned as he was selling the truck. We did everything we could for himWe had many more hours and hundreds in parts we did not charge him forI would like to resolved this issue as it has already been filed the the State Attorney General's office case #***I can provide all correspondence with that office if required. At this time I cannot offer anything until the case is closed with the Attorney General's officeAlthough I would be willing to have this case arbitrated *** ***ASE Certified Master TechnicianOwner Autotronix

Less than star, maybe 1/4th of a starThere's a reason that this company is not accredited by the Revdex.comIn short, they promise a lot but deliver very littleI had EcoWater come out and do a water test and they (Mike Jr) said I had bad water, I agreedhe then stated that he had a $unit that would take care of all my issues, it did notAfter several calls and two years later , Mike Jr came back out and said I need another $4,unit to take care of my issuesunfortunately I had it installed, so far this unit is costing me approx$a week to operateI am a senior citizen and on a fixed budget and simply cannot afford itInitially Mike said the unit would cost roughly $every weeks, very deceptive!!! They have no way to measure the amount of chemicals that I really need, so no one at the large company knows whether I'm using too little or too much chemicalIn addition, the discharge home goes right into my garage and not undergroundI would not recommend this company to my enemyNot very good at working with Senior Citizens
