We hired Kettering Moving and Storage for a local move They were very professional, friendly and conscientious The three men on the job were Fred, Jamey, and Doug We had some very difficult pieces to move, and they just found a way to get the job done I am hiring and requesting these men on our next move

We used this company last year and have tried to resolve an issue with them for the past monthsThey made some mistakes and we have given them plenty of time to resolve the issuesSome of which were broken items, large item was left in the warehouse and wasn't delivered for another weeks , they did not take inventory as the truck was unloaded and also did not put all the boxes in the correct rooms even though they were labeledI am very disappointed in Ken the owner as he will not return my calls or texts.We asked for a small amount of money to replace items and damaged goods and they will not respond to us.I would not recommend this company to anyone in the Dayton area and even if the price is a little lower you will benefit from using another reputable company

[redacted] sent me an email stating that he would refund to us for Lost/Stolen items from our move to [redacted] I have this information in emails We were moved by [redacted] and his crew in May of When our move was complete to [redacted] we were missing many itemsWe have received the runaround from NAVL since the end of MayI do have emails if you would like to see themOn 12/2/ [redacted] said he was sorry for the lack of response...that he had been so very busyHe at that time told me that his agent would "cut a check for 300.00" This is to replace items that are missingHe did say he understands out frustration and anger and he hopes this would remedy the situation Again he apologized for the oversight But guess what....no check!!

Jeetops are a terrible investment for anyone who wants a dry vehicle. My wife and I bought our 2012 Jeep Wrangler Brand new with the Jeetops on it. Within the first year the tops started to leak and they were repaired after a 7 month wait. Within a year they started to leak again and this time worse. We contacted the owner Chris and we were told to put tape on the cracks, because he could not do anything while he was in a lawsuit with Dow. While we waited he continued to advertise the tops. During this time our tops have continued to deteriorate at a rapid rate. Any type of rain and snow and our Jeep gets wet. If there is a long or heavy rain we have standing water in our Jeep. Please Please do not spend your hard earned money on this awful product.
