Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to my concern, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me However, it is unfortunate that it has taken a complaint to elicit a response from the businessAs a consumer this was my last resort in order to gain contact with the business ownerAnd amicable resolution is certainly the intention

I am rejecting this response because: They charged me late fee's when I was not lateif you look at my attachments, I have a statement for Dec and it states on their statement they sent me that I have no past due and im not late, but yet if you scroll down on the other attachment you will see where they charged me $and some change for being late in Dec but I wasntthey have done this for multiple months even tho I was never lateThey never informed me I was late when I called to make my payments and all documents that they sent me for my payments ALL show I zero past due balance and no late fee'sI can attach and send more invoices and statements they sent me that state I have no past due or late fee'sThis is unacceptable that they can go back switch my payments around and add a bunch of late fees

she made her 60th and final payment and we gave her the title to her carHer account has been paid in full and inactivated as of 4/13/we contacted transunion to correct the error in the credit reportingshe has a copy of the letter that was emailed to transunion to correct the
error

Business states that they have paid to have this transaction auditedAt the end of the audit, consumer ended up having a remaining of balance of around $The company who conducted the audit is by *** , a very reputable nationwide companyAt this time business has already informed consumer
that they will not pursue the remaining balance but unfortunately the credit reporting is not up to business discretion as it is a closed system that handles all credit reporting matters

Business states that the consumer has failed to make payments and the credit reporting is not completely under business controlCredit reporting happens internally and automatically when system does not receive paymentConsumer offered to return vehicle and walk away from the agreement, but that
was not an optionBusiness spoke to customer weeks ago and a paymemt proposal was made by herHowever, weeks have passed and no payment has been receivedVehicle will be up for repossession should a payment not be received in a timely manner

Business states that the payment information, per the contract, shows that that at an APR of 16%, total dollar amount the $26,120.50 will cost you will be $14,960.54. Including the $3,000 negative equity(trade in) , the total amount consumer will pay after all payments are made on schedule would be $44,081.04. Unfortunately, all payments were not made on time therefore the late fees and finance charges compounded accordingly. The financial statements provided by our company state that our business did not charge consumer any late fees for the periods consumer refers to, however after [redacted]  conducted the audit(at our expense) , they determined  the consumer  would have needed to pay those late fees based on the payment history  and loan balance remaining. Again, those late fees were never charged to the consumer and will not be reported to credit bureaus.  At this time business would like to reiterate that they understand that based on [redacted]’s audit, the consumer would have a remaining balance of $918.02. The business is willing to waive those charges as a courtesy to the consumer.

They never informed me I was late when I called to make my payments and all documents that they sent me for my payments ALL show I zero past due balance and no late fee's. I can attach and send more invoices and statements they sent me that state I have no past due or late fee's. Review: I recently just paid off my vehicle and at the dealership they provided me with a print out I asked for showing my payments I have made to them. After I had left the dealership I seen that my payments totaled $46329.22. My loan was for 72 at $565.59 that equals $40722.48. How did I end up paying more then what the loan was? Also I had always paid early because my interest is compounded daily so I would pay 3 or 6 months at a time and never was late. (I paid the car off a year early!) I think they way over charged me and I would like my money back. they are now giving me the run around, saying the guy I need to talk to is never there! They also haven't given me a copy of my original purchase agreement which I asked for a week ago.Desired Settlement: I just want the money I overpaid returned to me

Review: I called to make a payment I've asked repeatedly to take my card off the file he said he didnt have time and hung up on me

When I called to make my fiances truck payment the individual who takes the payment is never on time to work and when I asked him what time they open he said dont worry about it. I than said I would like to make the payment and he gave me the last 4 digits of my credit card which I have repeatedly asked for him to take off the system. He said he didn't have time for that and that he would not deal with me. He threatened me that the truck was still there's until it was paid off and he could repo it at any time because he did not like the fact I asked him to take my credit card off. I do not appreciate being threaten. I am sorry if he can not arrive at work on time according to there website. When I asked to speak to the owner he hung up on me.Desired Settlement: That the threats stop. That the individual who is rude be fired or be forced to take customer service classes.

Business

Response:

Business states that they apologize for the customer's bad experience. The way our payment process works is very standard throughout the industry. Our business files cannot archive all 16 numbers of any credit card. Unfortunately, the 4 last numbers remain on file for future reference in case there is a customer dispute or inquiry into the files. This limited payment information must remain on business files for a minimum of 5 years per FTC regulations.

Review: My original loan (which in my opinion was predatory) was for 48 mos at 25.99%. I didn't understand at that time that 25% times 4yrs meant I'd be paying double for the car. They never offered to refinance once they had a good payment history. But either way, my 48 mos ended in March of this year. I deferred ONE payment over the 4 yrs because of bing in between jobs, which should have been put at the end of the loan. In april I called thinking I should be paid off. They told me I still had over 7,000 left on the loan. That my loan had been "modified". Then I realize that my receipts they email me, suddenly said my loan was modified and it was now a 66 month loan. First of all, I was never made aware of any "modification" except that it said it in a nonobvious spot on receipts (which I never noticed until now), but second of all, never AGREED to or SIGNED a new contract that extended another year and a half. The loan was for 15,000, and with interest I've now paid $28,000 plus for a car worth blue book less than $5000 now. When I call the car lot, NO ONE will give me a straight answer. I want my title, and they are still demanding thier payment this month (four months beyond my 48 month contract)Desired Settlement: I want the monies over paid, since I am afraid of NOT paying my loan, I continue to pay because I don't want them repossessing my car.---- even though I've met the 48 month contract.

Business

Response:

$2500. Part of $5000. Down was never paid. It went payment amortization. The loan was modified due to lack of down payment.

Review: I bought this car last 2011 at this dealer for 2006 [redacted] A4 and the mileage was 90146 and now we barely used this car and my wife she used this on May 25,2014 and she stuck on became stuck on the road, where the car was broken down on the road. And my wife call the towing company to bring the car home, and then I called the individual mechanic. He diagnosed my car, and my car had a broken exhaust camshaft in the third number cylinder. My wife called two repair shops to find how much to fix this problem. [redacted] in Sacramento, and [redacted] in Davis, California. Where they told my wife, they need to fix the whole engine. We call to the dealer(Autoville Motors), where we call a dealer two days ago, and we told him the problem, and he asked for my wife's phone number and mine as well. As of today(6/4/2014), he has not called us yet. So we call, and then one of the employee, and his name is [redacted], and we tell the problem too, and then he asked who I talked to two days ago, and I told him I forgot to ask for the name. And then I ask him if he was going to help us, and what to do to solve this matter, and he said "That's not their problem.". Then he raised his voice, and hanged up. That's why I did this complaint, because since we bought this car from 2011, up to now, the mileage is 95914, because we barely use it, since we had an extra van, and then we donate the van because it was broken too. That's why my wife was using it for two weeks, and then this problem occured. According to the two shops it's been damaged before they sold the car to us. As in my knowledge, the dealership has caused deception towards us and tricked us. The customer is suffering from this. I hope this company, they need a lesson to being honest to the consumers.Desired Settlement: We need to return our car back to the dealership, that we do not need responsibility, where they would eventually see what actually happened and give back the money we gave them for our car.

Review: I purhased a vehicle for finance from them under the impression that I could return the car if unhappy within 2 days and no more than 200 miles driven. I attempted to do so but was told I cannot return the car because of some dclination paper that I signed for that opton. My complaint is that I was unaware of that declination. I was not explained anything just kind of rushed into signing papers. The paper where I signed gave me options to return and you sign at the bottom that you understand the above contents the tricky wording says you have read and agree to the terms above but in " small" say to decline the above. I believe they deceived me and sold me a lemon car I have been up there twice for repairs. They are morally wrong for the tricks they pull on people.I am in the process of cleaning my credit and I informed them of that. At the time of purchase I specifically asked if they report to the credit agencies they said yes. Come to find out they do not, they only report to Transunion. Again they deceived me at time of purchase. Now I feel as if I am stuck in a high interest rate loan that will not be reported and defeats the purpose.Desired Settlement: I would just like a refund of my down payment minus the restocking fee. I believe that is more than fair.
