AutoVitals is happy to respond to this (or any) complaint to the Revdex.comWe have had much success with auto repair shops implementing SmartFlow in their shops, but
unfortunately this shop owner has experienced some issues with his tablets which frustrated him to the point that he stopped using the product in his shop and no longer wishes to continueThe transition from paper to digital in the shop is a major process changeThere can be difficulties along the way, but once the transition is fully implemented, we get great feedback from our clientsThis shop owner was still in the process of making the change in his shop before he gave upI would really like to work with this client to help him get his shop taking full advantage of his SmartFlow programI believe all of his issues can be addressed if he will allow us to help himHere are some notes from his Product Advisor:
Followed up with [client], he reported he got frustrated with the issues after the iOS update and stopped using the systemHe refuses to put any more time or effort into trying to use AutoVitals, he wants to stick with paper and does not want to talk to us againHe said he doesn't expect us to refund him anything but thinks giving him something back would be the right thing to doI was unable to convince him to try and stick with it, he hung up on me.My impression is [client] is not tech savvy, easily frustrated and not willing to put the time & effort into getting SmartFlow implemented in his shop, I think the iOS issue was the final straw for him but I think he was looking for an excuse to go back to paper[Client] seems extremely unwilling to give any effort to making the system work or to even try to identify the problemHe says he spent all this time on the phone with us, but the first I heard of any issues, other than iOSupdate, was on 12/10/Finally, this shop owner signed a contract on 8/1/that allows him to terminate the contract by giving written notice of breach and days to cureHe did not do thisIf he would like pursue this option, we are happy to work with himRespectfully,

I am rejecting this response because: Again I called to resolve the money issue and the company is still unwilling to refund anything. All that is offered is another attempt to resolve the same old issues and This software DOES NOT integrate with Mitchell1 shop manager. Lesson learned and I will definitely not recommend this company to any of my colleagues. Fool me once, Shame on you. Fool me twice, NO WAY POSSIBLE!!!

The bottom line is that this client signed a contract on 8/1/14 that allows him to terminate the contract by giving written notice of breach and 30 days to cure. He did not do this. If he would like to pursue this option, we are happy to work with him.
[Client] refuses to put any more time or effort into trying to use AutoVitals, he wants to stick with paper and does not want to talk to us again. He says he spent all this time on the phone with us, but the first our rep heard of any issues, other than an iOS8 update, was on 12/10/14. He said he doesn't expect us to refund him anything and he hung up on our rep.

I made a big mistake should have done some research on this product. I Do no recommend this product to any shop. Their software is so buggy it down almost every few hours. two months after they claim is ready to go nothing work like it suppose to. Even simple service interval are mess up. There are way better options out there but stay away from Autovital

Review: I purchased a Year service contract with AutoVitals for automotive shop digital inspection. I paid this company $2707.00 for service that started Aug.1 2014 and had to purchase 3 ipads and shock resistant covers for my technicians to log the inspections. The service worked fine for a month or so and after an update was done the inspections never worked correctly for more than 2 days. I spent an enormous amount of time on the phone with their customer service team and my account manager trying to keep my technicians working. I bought the software to enhance productivity not disrupt it. In my Opinion, the contract should be voided and my Money returned for the remaining time on the contract. I no longer use the software because of the continued frustration and lack of productivity in my shop. I've contacted the service team and voiced my concerns to no avail. This company thinks I should continue to use their software and has offered no money in return. Thank you for your time and consideration.Desired Settlement: I would be happy with a 6 month return or 1/2 of the $2707.00 which is $1353.50 I've only used the software for 4 months and the problems existed approximately 3 months

Review: My name is [redacted] and I own a automotive repair shop in Cary, N.C.. A company named "Auto Vitals" was supposed to develop a web site for us and maintain its SEO along with various other functions. We paid $1000.00, in October 2013, for auto vitals to do the web development. As of the first of May 2014 the site has never been active. We have, however, been charged $674.00 per month for auto vitals to maintain the none existence site. The monthly charge, also, includes the fee for a paperless inspection sheet that we have never been able to implement. I've spoken with several auto vitals employees, about the above mentioned issues and more, and have been told by all that "auto vitals has maintained there end of the contract". After spending over $3000.00 and receiving nothing of value - I'm done! I could write a much longer email, but I believe this gives you an idea of my problem.Desired Settlement: My request is to have all my money returned
