I'm filing on behalf of my father *** *** My name is *** *** and I have *** *** *** My Father is years old with dementia He went to this dealership to get a new vehicle because he was having trouble getting in and out of his old truck This dealerships finance office convinced him into entering unfavorable terms They guided him to break the lease on his current truck (leaving a carry over balance of $10,000.00) and getting a new truck that was way out of his budget for being on a fixed income He noticed immediately that he could not afford the monthly payments of almost $a month Based on his debt to income ratio at the time of purchase, I don't know how this transaction was allowed to go through According to him, He was advised by the bank *** that as long as he didn't make any payments, he could return the truck to the dealership and would not be liable, which I don't think is accurateThe truck was charged off for the amount of

my truck’s electrical system went haywire & it died near Harry Green’s ChevroletHad a bumper to bumper warranty on it & the service manager would not honor it....told me he didn’t give a d*** about any factory warranty when vehicle wasn’t bought at their dealershipI was shocked!!! I have bought all my cars from dealerships all over the country & never have I meet a individual in the service department that has even remotely came close to the caliber of rudeness that I encountered from this individual and he was the service manager at thatBeing a local/native of the clarksburg area I have heard my share of negatives about this dealership’s service department though today was my first physical experience with them....tends to make one believe all the negatives must have been trueAlso makes one believe that if this service manager hasn’t been fired yet, especially with all the negatives circumventing around town about their service department/ service manager.....he must have someone high in this dealership protecting him or maybe this dealship just wants him to operate this wayI did file a formal complaint with corporate so will see just how throughly this service manager is protected.....one fact I am certain of at this point is that I will never by a vehicle from this dealership due to the fact that I despise mean/rude peopleI much rather deal with good/ kind-hearted people and support them and their familyLast but not least I did file a complaint with corporate & was issued a case #

Took my Van into the shop for the brakes to be bledI was notified that new brakes lines were neededI explained to them that new brake lines were just put on prior to bringing the Van to themThey informed me that they were the wrong size so they replaced all the brakes lines with the exact same size that were already installedA few days later they called to tell me that my master cylinder was bad and I replied that I had already put on a new master cylinder and a brake boosterAfter another week they called and said that the new master cylinder they put in wasn't the problem because there are still no working brakes and then they notified me that it was the electronic relays and they replaced two of them Then they said you still don't have any working brakes and that they exhausted all efforts and they did not know what was wrong...$laterI asked for all old parts removed from the Van to be returned to me on two different occasions, which they did not complyAft

I bought a Jeep compass Latitude on September 23rd of A 30-day 2,000-mile warranty was included with the purchaseDuring the test drive the problem was not apparent, but the passenger side visor was broke, and it was agreed upon that Harry Green would have it fixedAfter the purchase was complete, on the way home from the dealership, the car had an issue that felt like a hesitation or transmission slipI drove the car back to the dealership and told them there was an issue the Finance Manager, *** ***, drove my car and said it was the breaks stickingThey kept the car for the weekend and gave it back to me on Monday stating that the problem had be fixedOn the way home, the issue was still apparentI texted the salesman who sold me the car and said that the car still had the problem and that I did not want the carThey told me no they wouldn't take it back that I needed to take the car to a Jeep dealer and have it diagnosed
I took the car to the jeep dealership

Purchased Nissan Titan truck at *** *** *** ** *** Within months of owning the truck, noticed that there was issue with door causing paint to chip, seal to tear and paint to chip on pillar Harry Green body shop took pictures and wrote up estimate Foreman looked at door and said it was misaligned and that would be corrected first and then the paint work Body shop called back and asked if I purchased the vehicle there Told them no and was then told since I did not buy it there and another Nissan dealership had made an adjustment to my front bumper that I would have to take the vehicle back there because they were questioning the workmanship done at other dealership I noted if they were concerned with the prior workmanship that I could drop the truck off and they could have someone look at it to see if the adjustment to the bumper could have caused the door to be misaligned To me those two issues are not related at all, but they said no I asked if the
