Completely disappointed in the way they choose to do businessI recently found a truck I liked at this dealershipI drove it and noticed the check engine light was burned out so I took it by a local parts house to have the computer scanned for codesIt returned several codes that caused some concern to me so I asked about it after the test driveThey assured me they would have it looked at by their diesel guyAll this while their finance guy tried to blow a bunch of smoke how those codes don't mean anything as long as the vehicle runs alright(We had already settled on a price) It came back and one of the codes(a $1500-repair) was still present after I had driven it againI returned the truck and told, not only the salesman, but the owner, that if they would have the issue fixed we would have a dealThey said they would get it fixed and let me know when it was readyI shook both of their hands and left with the assumption we had made an agreementA few days go by and I get and update from the salesman that the part had been ordered but it would be a few days because of the holidays...no worries on my partWell fast forward to earlier this weekI get a text from the salesman telling me the truck sold last week while the truck was still in the shopSomeone had called and offered "full asking price"I guess I was raised different, but when I make an agreement with someone, I keep it, even if it is just verbalI guess money is more important to some than integrity These guys lost my business and I want others to know how they operate
This dealership is a crook! They tell you that your deposit on a vehicle will be held until the vehicle is purchased and then returned and refunded, then when the deal does not go through or you are not approved they keep your money! Big Rip offDo not do business with this dealershipThey will take advantage of you!
