That's an absolute lie what the merchant saysThis is their tactic that I have heard this many timesThey ask people to bring back their vehicle because they know that no one wants to spend hours for this and they never bring them backGuess who wins? Why can't they do it right the first time? It's not a honest mistake but deliberate since it has happened to me alone several times let alone all other customers

vehicle was first brought in on 7/14/for a check engine light and rough run condition, pulled trouble codes: po-301,05,07,02,and po-and po-customer was sold diagnostic to determine cause of multiple cylinder misfire
technician found spark plugs were soaked in oil causing misfirerecommend both valve covers to prevent plugs from gettimg soaked and new spark plugsalso while inspecting vehicle center link and idler were in such bad shape that the vehicle was unsafe to drive so center link was replaced along with idlercustomer approved all repairs and repairs were completedcustomer was unable to pay for the repair so vehicle sat for over a month with no fee's charged to customercustomer did complain of noise he was hearing but we were unable to duplicatehe was advised that if noise comes back to bring in and we would look at it for him at no costcustomer brought vehicle back while making noise and it was determined that the noise was coming from the pressure control valvenote the vehicle was running fine with no check engine light presenthe approved the repairs that were separate form prior workit was also noted that vehicle has other leaks along with brake light oncustomer wanted to only address these issuesall work is under warranty for 3-year 36,mile prorated warranty

because when I first picked up car I was told the problem was fixed, not if I have any more problems to bring back and they would look at it for freeyes their right about engine light was off, but did come back on , not day after, but on way home from picking up carand who would'nt take car back after paying $1973.06, and your car is still running the same as when you first bought it inthey also told me they didnt test drive the car long enough for the noise to come back, but it so happened to come back after I paid the bill and drove it from shop.I would think that they would test drive the car to see if the problem was fixed, not use me to come drive it only to return it a day laterwhat I dont understand is how they were able to say my idler arm needs replacing, which requires driving it to feel it,but could'nt drive it long enough to hear the noise problem, which only requires the car to run at idle speed, no drive requiredso if they test drove it, they would have heard the noise, like I did on the way homeall they keep saying is my car has alot of problems,but didnt fix the problem that I brought it in forafter I picked up my car on the 5th of last month and paid the $for additional work on they said was needed for pressure valve, my engine light came ontook it to a auto repair shop in san jose were I currently live, they told me I needed to replace my catalytic converter, in which I did in order to pass smog, another $480.00, the main reason I brought my car to autowise, to repair, because I needed a smog check to register my carso yes I think I was ripped off by autowise with added cost, and repairs I didnt need to fix, and not what I brought my car in for

That's an absolute lie what the merchant says. This is their tactic that I have heard this many times. They ask people to bring back their vehicle because they know that no one wants to spend hours for this and they never bring them back. Guess who wins? Why can't they do it right the first time?
