In regards to the complaint received, we have no control over the 3'rd party advertisers that we use to market our inventory (as all other car dealers do) that is available for saleIt's the client’s responsibility to verify the accuracy of all information when they physically come in and inspect the vehicle prior to purchase Client had plenty of time to look and drive the vehicle prior to purchase, she didn't purchase on her first visit and came back later asking us for a better deal in order to sell her the vehicleShe had time to think about it and do her own research She had test driven the vehicle and inspected it prior to purchase and had plenty of time to verify the vehicle/equipment & options WAY before she signed any sales documents Later we did install the agreed upon no charge accessories on a later date She brought the vehicle back to us and the accessories were installed and done and completed as promised Again, she had taken delivery of the vehicle and had driven it for a few days then coming back to get the accessories installed, never mentioning any discourse about the vehicle The complainant had plenty of time to see and inspect and drive the vehicle prior to purchase and was NEVER under any pressure or obligation to go forward with the dealWe have a no pressure atmosphere and allow clients time to think and mull over any possible buying decisions, we even allow clients to get a pre-purchase inspection by an outside 3'rd party prior to purchase This was made available to the complainant just like all other clients, which she declined to have done The complainant is making a very unreasonable request for us to reimburse them for the difference if they had purchased a different equipped model The complainant had sufficient time and opportunities to research and drive and inspect the vehicle prior to purchase

Had been watching a car they had for a while and had finally called and put a deposit down on the car and had booked plane tickets to pick it up that weekendI later get called back the next day saying the guy I talked to had been fired, my deposit returned, and they sold the car out from under meWhen I called him up all I kept hearing was that they don’t take depositsWhat kind of dealership doesn’t take deposits?? Manager was completely unsympathetic to what had happened and unwilling to own up to the mistakes of HIS employee who he clearly did a *** poor job of trainingAlso did not have any interest in remedying the situation in which he could have at the VERY LEAST paid me back for my now useless plane tickets that they cost meMost unprofessional dealership I’ve ever had the displeasure of working with

Beware! Lack of integrity and skillHad to take my vehicle to Honda Dealership to repair damage-dealership found missing bolts, broken tabs on the engine cover (reflection of sloppy novice work) and worst is Honda suspected they let the cam shaft roll over and then installed the timing belt, making the engine misfire-after times in their shop I took it to Honda*** said should I need to bring it back something must be wrong with the engineWe almost thought we had to buy a new vehicle! Thank goodness the skilled labor at the dealership was able to fix our car Perhaps Autowits is sufficient with basic oil changes, but beware should you need skilled labor!!!

***/I have added above link to original website advertisementI have also added scanned email correspondence documents as well with a few notes added. This is not merely about options, it is the principle and perceived value as well as resale valueI was sold a vehicle that I believed was a Premium and was advertised as such, I never had a reason to believe it wasn't, I took their word for face valueI was also told it had a remote start before buying the vehicle via the attached emails which it did not when I went to pick it up and the salesman made it clear he was frustrated and it was coming out of his pocket which I thought was very unprofessional at the timeI was not happy about having to take my car back in for something that was supposed to have been on it alreadyThat is what triggered me into looking deeper into the listing, my gut started to tell me that something wasn't rightI began to question if it was a premium but didn't want to upset the salesman who had my car in his possessionI waited until after I got it back before I began asking the questions more pointedly because I didn't want any recourse while they had my vehicle in their handsI also want to mention that I was looking at car values at multiple other dealerships and I had mentioned there was another one at a Bill Luke dealership that also had a 3rd row and was priced lower, the salesman Joey said that it was nice but wasn't a premium one though which helped guide my decision in buying the vehicle from themBottom line is I bought this vehicle thinking it was a premium, I used that to do my price comparisons to see if I was getting a fairly valued purchase and to base my decision to buy it

the vehicle prior to purchase.   Client had plenty of time to look and drive the vehicle prior to purchase, she didn't purchase on her first visit and came back later asking us for a better deal in order to sell her the vehicle. She had time to think about it and do her own research.  She had test driven the vehicle and inspected it prior to purchase and had plenty of time to verify the vehicle/equipment & options WAY before she signed any sales documents.    Later we did install the agreed upon no charge accessories on a later date.  She brought the vehicle back to us and the accessories were installed and done and completed as promised.  Again, she had taken delivery of the vehicle and had driven it for a few days then coming back to get the accessories installed, never mentioning any discourse about the vehicle.   The complainant had plenty of time to see and inspect and drive the vehicle prior to purchase and was NEVER under any pressure or obligation to go forward with the deal. We have a no pressure atmosphere and allow clients time to think and mull over any possible buying decisions, we even allow clients to get a pre-purchase inspection by an outside 3'rd party prior to purchase.  This was made available to the complainant just like all other clients, which she declined to have done.   The complainant is making a very unreasonable request for us to reimburse them for the difference if they had purchased a different equipped model.  The complainant had sufficient time and opportunities to research and drive and inspect the vehicle prior to purchase.

I highly recommend auto whitts!! Customer service there with frank was the best I have ever experienced. All of the team there are nice and very informative, they know about cars and will not just stiff you to make a sale. So go see them ask questions and if you think you can't buy, they shall go out of their way to make it happen for you. [redacted] FINEST......
