The consumer purchased the vehicle from Auto World on August 1, She was not happy with the purchaseAuto World has gone out of their way to address the consumers concerns, even repairing for free those requests that are not covered under
warrantyThe consumers main concern is the transmission, which is a recall issue, and will be covered in full by Daimler Chrysler, Chrysler Group LLCThe consumer failed to take the vehicle to the dealer to have the work covered under the recall and instead returned the vehicle to Auto WorldTo date the consumer has not made a payment on the vehicle, is two months behind, and owes $Auto World has the right to repossess the vehicleHowever, out of goodwill Auto World is willing to get the vehicle in working sound condition, concerning drivability AutoWorld requests the consumer make an appointment with Auto Worlds owner to resolve this complaint

I am rejecting this response because: I have been promised on many occasions to get the Jeep's many problems fixedI took time off work on several occasions (5) to get the problems fixedThese ranged from heating system issues to problems with the transmission*** told me on August 12, that he couldn't take the Jeep in to get service because it had a recallHe did mention that *** *** worked on the Jeep before I bought it and that it is all on *** *** to fixSo *** was aware of the recall before I purchased itI do not feel that the Jeep was a reliable vehicle due to the fact that the warning lights for the transmission and "Service 4WD" were turning on everydayWe wouldn't have been dealing with this problem if they would have just offered to give me another vehicle or had given back my trade-inI'm the one who took the loss on everythingI lost my car and I didn't have transportation for myself or my kidsI am being honest and truthful, but I feel that Autoworld isn'tI did receive a late payment notice but I did call to resolve that problemI was told not to worry about it by the gentlemen at AutoworldI didn't bother to call againI also spoke to *** about the Jeep and he said he was going to mail the documents to return itI don't owe Autoworld any payments or late chargesAutoworld is unorganized, unprofessional, and lacks effective communicationI would like to re-iterate the fact that a mile/day warranty was in effect when I became aware of the problems and reported them

Dear Revdex.com, 
In response to customer's complaint, Autoworld does apologize for any inconvenience that may have been caused to customer. It is also an inconvenience to Autoworld as well. Autoworld has offered to fix the vehicle for the customer at no cost out of pocket for the customer. The recall notice became known to Autoworld after the sale of the vehicle, The parts for the cosmetic problems such as the A/C control switch panel has been difficult to find, This has been an inconvenience to both parties. However, these cosmetic problems did not affect the ability to drive the vehicle. 
The customer was past due $853.92 and did receive a letter stating that, However, the vehicle was on our lot and was returned by the customer. An employee might have explained to her to disregard the letter because she had given up rights to the vehicle by returning it. There was no attempt by the customer to make the monthly payments on the vehicle even with knowing that there was going to be no out of pocket costs to repair the vehicle.

I am rejecting this response because: I had attempted a couple of times to talk to the owner to resolve the problem, the only respond I got from them was he's not available. I had talked to [redacted] on the phone about the jeep, he asked me if I returned the jeep back to Auto World. I told him yes and he said he was going to mail the documents to me. To this day I haven't receive any documents form him. I also got a bill in the mail, I called back to auto world to see what was going on. One of the guy answered the phone, I mention the bill to him and all he told me was to ignore it and trash it, and it was a mistake. So I don't why I am told I have a pass due. I don't owe them $853.92 for the past due. I tried my best to be patient with them through out the whole month of August. I lost some work time due to taking in the jeep every week. I had attempted 4 times to resolve the problem. I also had mention to [redacted] on Aug. 01,2014 about the minor things that needed to be fix. He did agree to get them fix. I didn't know that the jeep had a recall, if it was mention to me from the start. I would not have, traded in my Nissian Altima for the Jeep.
