[redacted] bought this vehicle 100% AS IS with no warranty thru the company,At the time of purchase we offered an after market warranty, witch he declined at that time[redacted] did bring us the van back with a starting issue in return we fixed said issue at no charge to him.When he brought up issues of the transmission the company was more that willing to look at the van.Dennis is good friends with [redacted] 's step father who actually paid for the vanWe looked at the van and drove the vanwith no issuesDennis had [redacted] 's step father come and drive the van with himThey both agreed that the van was 100%.To reassure the customer he made an agreement that if they wanted the transmission rebuilt he would pay 50% of the repairbecause of the friendship they have [redacted] 's step father thanked Dennis numerous times for that agreementAs far as the company's concern we thought the problem was resolved.At this time Dennis still agrees to pay 50% of the repair if another transmission repair shop states the transmission needs rebuilt

The customer bought the car with a 50% labor and 50% parts warranty, she brought the car to us when it began to run roughwe put a coil pack on the car and it was running perfect when she picked it back upWe did not charge her anything for the parts or laborsome times when you replace electric components it can cause other sensors to reactwhen she brought the car? back again we asked her to let us take another shot at? making the car rightwe explained to her that we? would not charge her to do so and if it was not right we? would put her into another vehicleshe was not happy with that and left the car herewe have? fixed the? car and offered for her to pick it back upmy boss reviewed this account and stated that we feel we did more than what he had to do but, to try and please the customer we will refund her down payment of? $we hope this will please the customershe made a single payment of? $and we will not be refunding that amount for the miles she put? on the? carShe? is more than welcome to come to the office between 9am and 12pm to pick up her refund

I am rejecting this response because: This is what I received from the warranty company.Again this is not my faultThey can try to blame it on the warranty place all they wantThis is a problem caused by auto world not me? I also never seen a contractThey only gave me a receipt? This is my last offer to make things right before it gets taken to court? I did not sign a contractI paid them and apparently they never paid them.Also there contract that auto world sent was not recieved until the 16thI bought the warranty on the 5thIt does not take days for mail to get from Ohio to pa .?

We even agreed to pay 50% of the repair to try and satisfy himWe explained the warranty at the time of purchase he waited a week to purchase itThe company wrote the check for payment for his warranty on 11/6/and mailed the next dayYou can see in his photos that he purchased the warranty on 11/5/The warranty states that starting one month from the effective date on your ID card your warranty will beginWe do not feel we can please this customerWe are recanting our agreement of good will on paying for 50% of any repairs to the vehicleThe company will agree with the Revdex.com decision in this matter if it goes to arbitration

This customer was out of her warranty and we still agreed to work on her vehicle. we agreed to repair the vehicle at cost of parts, we did not mark up our parts and we did not charge labor.the car ran well when she picked it up. 3 weeks later she called and stated that...

the vehicle was not running well again, we told her to drop the vehicle off and we would have no issue taking another look at the vehicle, she has not dropped the vehicle off for use to work on it. we can not fix issues if the customer does not drop the vehicle off for repair.if she would schedule the car in for repair we would be more than happy to look at.

components it can cause other sensors to react. when she brought the car back again we asked her to let us take another shot at making the car right. we explained to her that we would not charge her to do so and if it was not right we would put her into another vehicle. she was not happy with that and left the car here. we have fixed the car and offered for her to pick it back up. my boss reviewed this account and stated that we feel we did more than what he had to do but, to try and please the customer we will refund her down payment of $600.00. we hope this will please the customer. she made a single payment of $200.00 and we will not be refunding that amount for the miles she put on the car. She is more than welcome to come to the office between 9am and 12pm to pick up her refund.
