AXT repaired the Chevy Instrument Cluster for *** *** on May 15.The part went through a Total Rebuild, which means there are new parts behind every gauge, backlighting has been replaced, etcand finally a test on the benchHe was charged $ It was shipped to *** and arrived to
him the following day. He stated the part did not work properly , that two gauges were not operating correctly(*** only TEXTsHe doesn't use the telephone for communication.) He sent it back as a warrantyWe tested it a second time and the unit was No Fault Found (NFF) and we sent it back.He stated that he still had a problem by textHe shared a picture of the cluster all lit up and working.I INFORMED THE CUSTOMER THAT IF YOU REPLACE THE UNIT AND SHOW A RECEIPT BY EMAIL YOU WILL RECEIVE A REFUND*** refused to call and discuss this. Policy at AutoXpressTech: We provide a REPAIR SERVICE for your defective partIf the repair is not successful, simply show a receipt that you had to replace your defective part and you will receive a FULL REFUND for our repair serviceThis has not occurred, so that means the part works and is functional in the vehicle- OTHERWISE he would have a receipt for a replacement unit

I guess *** doesn't understand our REFUND POLICY I NEED A RECEIPT FROM HIS REPLACEMENT PART PURCHASE But he doesn't have one because the INSTRUMENT CLUSTER IS WORKING and continues to be installed in his vehicle. So *** take the next step IF your cluster is defective and BUY A REPLACEMENT and SHOW A COPY OF THE RECEIPT TO AUTOXPRESSTECH.And *** I don't need a license to answer the phone for AUTOXPRESSTECH.Thank you AXT AS PREVIOUSLY STATED TO THE CUSTOMER:I INFORMED THE CUSTOMER THAT IF YOU REPLACE THE UNIT AND SHOW A RECEIPT OF YOUR PURCHASE BY EMAIL YOU WILL RECEIVE A REFUND. *** refused to call and discuss this. Please add your rejection comments below. The business owner/manager ([redacted]) is not telling the truth. She claims their policy for a refund is I must send a receipt. However, they do not send a receipt - that's how their scam operates. I ask you to read her response and you'll clearly see she knows very well I sent her $89 and she sent me back a defected part twice! Yet she demands a receipt - you can see how they use the receipt tactic to scam people. How can I send them a receipt if they never sent me one. Please see the three attachments...1) The attachment titled "Cluster Malfunctioning" clearly shows the part is not working correctly. Yet, [redacted] claims I sent her a photo that shows it working correctly. She shows some serious dishonestly on her behalf.2) The attachment titled "Receipt" is proof of the $89 I sent the business via [redacted]. Once again, this is clear evidence they received the money. But again, [redacted] demands a "receipt" she never send.3) The attachment titled "No License" is an email from the Town Clerk of  [redacted], MA, which is the home town of AutoXpressTech. The email shows the business is not properly licensed in their town. Once again, I will not settle for anything but a full refund. I will not do business with AutoTechXpress ever again. I called them multiple times and all I get is their voice mail. They ignore my emails. Please [redacted] the business name and you'll find multiple complaints against the business.

But they refuse to admit that. Any business with even a little integrity would see the photo shows the part is malfunctioning. Any decent business would refund the customer. Once again, look at the many negative reviews the business has on [redacted]. That tells the story about their business practices. Attached is the receipt for a replacement part which I bought on [redacted] for $245 because the part they attempted to fix was so messed up I had to have a friend replace the entire circuit board. Let's see what excuse AutoXpressTech makes up now now they have a receipt of my expenses caused by them!?

AutoXpressTech has serviced over 10,000 parts during the past 8 years helping many happy customers. We provide the option of an Economical Repair for instrument clusters, ABS Modules Heater AC Control Units FICMs  etc, instead of the expensive cost of a new replacement through your dealership....

When repair is not possible, customers are generally unhappy that they cannot benefit from repair and must replace their part.[redacted] B. was issued a refund for our service through [redacted]. Thank you AXT
