Review: I was sold a car and owned it for 6 months and it was in the shop for repairs a total of 8 times. There is a long list of issues with the car and I was with out a car for weeks at a time. After the eight time of the car being in the shop I had enough. I was paying for a car that I barely used. I believe that they are selling cars that have problems and selling an extended warranty with that car so that they can do the repairs in the shop next door that is owned by the same person, [redacted]. The repairs are being paid in full by the warranty company. I refused to take the car back on 3/11/2013 after being with out the car for over a month. I believe that I am not the only customer this is happening to. I don't feel that I owe Jem Systems/ [redacted] a cent for that car. I have driven by also and now see the car on the lot for sale again.Desired Settlement: Remove the debt complaint with T[redacted] systems in the amount of $7948.42 I do not owe that money. They sold a car that was defective and falls under the CT Lemon Law and give me my deposit back for $2000.00
