On November 3, 2019, my son, ***, and myself went to replace car battery for my 2007 ***. The technician placed the car battery incorrectly on my vehicles computer system and damaged it. I went to the store next day to notify them of the error, they told me, "They are not able to fix the problem. They advised me to get a quote from a mechanic, and they would reimburse me." I got an approximate quote of $600 from ***, Allentown PA and *** gave me a quote of approximately $650 to fix damages The same day I took quote to Autozone and manager, Manny, stated that, "In 2 or 3 weeks, I was going to receive a check." Till this day January 31, 2020, I still haven't gotten a notification of a check. Ive called and went to the store various occations to see if there is an update, but nothing. Manager states he is not authorized to give me check, "the headquarters needed to authorize one." I am very frustrated because I lost employment on December 3, 2019 due to not having a vehicle, because of this situation.
