AutoZone

The autozones in our area have been double charging people. When I have called customer service about the issue that has happened to me twice now they tell me I can get a refund from any local autozone. When I go to the store they say that the money hasn't posted yet so they can't refund anything and that I have to go to the location I bought the item. I'm getting the run around with these people. And the people at this location refuse to give me a second receipt for the second charge. They start complaining about computer issues but I believe they are just double charging people and pocketing the money. They have to keep the receipt for the return so it looks correct in their paperwork for the return but there isn't actually a return for the customer, it's a return for their own pocket. This isn't the only store trying this scam either. This is the second time it's happened to me alone so I can only imagine how many people have been double charged by this company and are unaware.
