My wife was able to meet at AutoZone today and a reasonable refund for the warrantied parts was given.I am sending this e-mail to advise that we accept the business's offer and consider the matter as resolved.Thank you--

against AutoZone in Mt. Gilead, Ohio viae-mail as the e-mail sent to me only allows for two options--accept the business's offer or reject it. I cannot respond either way as I do not have all of the information.We received a phone message from AutoZone advising us to contact them and ask for Dave or Joe. I attempted to contact them on 10-9-17 and neither person was available. Apparently they did not get the message. We went out of state for two days and found a message on the machine advising that they were still waiting for our call. Additionally, there was an e-mail advising that AutoZone had made "several" attempts to contact us.I was able to make contact with Dave on 10-11-17. He advised that Auto Zone was willing to make "a" refund for the parts but did not specify how much the refund would be for (ie. full, partial, etc.). Additionally, he asked that a copy of the original invoice be brought in to the store.Until I know how much of a refund is being offered, I cannot respond to your e-mail that only has options to accept or reject the offer.As soon as I have that information, I can respond.Thank you,
