I went to Carpet Warehouse to pick out carpeting for a mud roomI picked out what I wanted and was told by Mark he would come measure the room which he did although he showed up lateHe told me he would contact me in regards to an installation dateThat was a month ago and I have yet to hear from himHe was texted times and called once still no responseThe good part of this story is that I went to another carpet store and have already had new carpet installedI thankfully had a fabulous experience with that company

I had carpet installed Dec 20, Since then I have been trying to get someone back here to repair the seams in the carpet that are coming apartI have called and texted the owner Mark several times, even showed up at his storeHe keeps telling me to be patient because he is so busyIt's been over a yearI have tried to be patient, but have also told him the carpet is wearing badly at the seamsI sent him a letter Jan 18, 2018, asking once more for someone to repair the carpet or just refund my money so I can have new carpet properly installedI told him I would wait for his responseIf I heard nothing by Feb15, 2018, I would file this claim
At this point, I do not want Mark or any of his employees in my homeI would like a refund to replace the improperly installed carpet that is wearing badly I have been more than patient

Unprofessional, overpricedThey are very late on completing installation, which started last Saturday, it is now Friday almost a week later and it still isnt doneThe carpet was only for bedrooms and a small hall/landing and stairs They came with only enough carpet for bedrooms and a a part of hall/landingNo carpet for stairs The stairs are not completed and the padding they put on the stairs is getting runined Also have a bad seam between one of the bedrooms and hall piece and they left pcs of the old carpet fibers sticking up tbrough the new
