Autumn Appliance Co repaired our refrigerator due to lack of coolingThey warranty their work for daysSoon after the days had passed the refrigerator stopped cooling againWhen the technician came out to look at it he said there was a slow leak at one of the soldering pointsHe said the leak was very slow and had probably been going on for some time before it began affecting the coolingHe said the source of the leak was one of the joints repaired by an Autumn Appliance technician and probably began leaking well within the day warranty periodI received a call later stating they would charge me for the repair even though it failed during the warranty periodThe technician then told me I would be required to pay in advance of the repair because he didn`t trust me to pay after

I called at 10:00am, on November 17, 2016, to get a quote for the cost of repairing a seal system for LGI spoke with Larry He was very condescending and disrespectful with meI am a female customer and when I asked questions the only answer I got was “Honey this is a technical issue…” and not answer my questionsSince he was not willing to answer any of my questions, I asked to talk to somebody else and he stated that nobody else was in… at 10:am
After talking to him I decided not to use the service of this company
