See attached documentBeechwood VillasBeachwood RoadCincinnati, Ohio PFDecember 11, [redacted] *** [redacted] ,I first want to apologize if you feel as if you have been treated or talked to in a unfair manner that is not fare Beechwood Villa’s management and staff has always delivered superior customer service so when I received this letter I was shocked, I want to address some of your concerns noted in your letter Karen (Housekeeping) has said that on more than one occasion there has been trash and dirt coming out of your apartment, it’s Karen’s job to ensure that the hallways are cleaned and that we all do our part to make sure that we do clean up after ourselves she simply in her words was asking you to please clean up after yourself Carinia (asst manager) her job is to ensure that all paperwork is done in a timely manner and to address when our residents do not follow up with what needs to be done, please understand that she is doing her job that is under deadlines and at that time you were not complying to what needs to be done in regards to your transfer i.ehousekeeping, infractions.Doug (maintenance) all requested service request are completed in a timely manner when called in by our residents, it is Doug’s job to complete all task on the called in service request and when residents request additional work to be done he is instructed to have the residents call the office so we can ensure that it is documented Doug needs to put in as time worked In regards to your additional service requested noted in your letter November 30th 2015, once we knew of the additional service request they were completed that day.Please feel free to come by my office if you have any additional questions and or concerns[redacted] Community Manager
