Do not use this company for any Hvac work. We purchased a new build home at the end of 2014 it had an Hvac unit installed by this company upon moving in our unit would not work we contacted the company finally after 1 week they came out said it was a fuse and replace it.. then during the winter our unit went out again we called the company and they sent a guy out finally and he looked at the thermostat and looked at the unit outside said theres nothing wrong with it "welcome to tn, the new units cannot handle the low temps' he told us to turn emergency heat on so we froze in our home for several weeks surviving on what little heat came from the emergency heat. Well here we are again winter and low and behold its out again this time we called another Hvac repair business and upon looking at the unit he was shocked the way it was wired even passed inspection the disconnect was melted and black it was a fire hazard we live in our home with 5 children this could've been a very dangerous situation not to mention its in the single digits outside and our units not working. I called this company once again and the guy who takes after hours calls was extremely rude and basically blew me off saying let the other company fix it and there was never anything wrong with the system. I then called the builder to get additional info to be informed that he also had issues while using this company on his houses he was building and had to fire them and bring a new company in because of their low quality business practices. In 2 years of owning this home this system has went out 3 times and the company that installed it does not stand behind their work its a shame. Save yourself some Money and hassle and find a better hvac company this one should definitely not be in business anymore if this is how they treat customers.
