We repaired and approved a concession of $588.74 for the following communicated issues. • replace 3 missing doorstops • clean laundry room connections • replace guest room blind• replace dishwasher • caulk around patio way interior floor Ms. [redacted] did sign the attached concession release agreement and settled that with her concession and  the completion of the repairs stated above, she will then be relieved of her concerns. Soon after, she expressed that her oven was not operational due to the range being imbalanced and the oven being unclean. We took her concerns to attention and attempted to replace her oven.
