I purchased a shirt from Autumn Ray Threads online They never sent me my shirt and ignored repeated emails to do so They have no phone # listed Purchased shirt In August Sent emails to them asking to send my shirt or issue a refund to my credit card for $ I received an response to my first email asking to verify the size, which I did All other emails (one in Oct., Nov., and Jan.) were ignored I finally went to my bank to file a fraud Claim with [redacted] and was told they wouldn't refund it because it was 60+ days since the error occurred I missed the 60-day window trying to be nice and let them resolve the issue

My year old purchased a shirt from Autumn Ray Threads on 7/19/and was told that proceeds went to help the families of the 7/terror attack in *** On 7/she received an email that the order had shipped with a tracking link She followed up over the next month because she never received the shipment Tracking info always said "information not available" She called and got no answer, left messages and received no return phone calls In October she asked for either the shirt to be shipped or a refund Has had no response to either request I was unaware that this issue had gone unresolved until I was looking for something in her phone I want it to be resolved I feel like my daughter was taken advantage of because of her age (she is 17, was at time of purchase) and I feel that details of the sale/proceeds were misrepresented I have been emailing and c
