I APRIL MY REFRIGERATOR GOT DAMAGE AND THE MAINTENANCE TOOK DAYS TO FIX THE ISSUE, WHICH CAUSED ALL THE GROCERIES IN THERE TO GET DAMAGED, WHEN I CONTACTED THE MANAGER REGARDING THE ISSUE SHE OFFERED A CREDIT ON MY ACCOUNT, WHICH I AGREED TOTHE CREDIT WAS NEVER APPLIED TO MY ACCOUNTNOW THE NEW LEASING AGENTS ARE HARASSING ME SO I CAN PAY THE BALANCE THAT SHOWS ON THE ACCOUNT FOR THAT REASON, I ASKED IF THEY CAN HELP ME CONTACTING THE PRIOR MANAGER THEY DENIED AND THEY DONT WANT TO ACCEPT MY RENT ONTIME, WHICH IS GOING TO CAUSE A LATE FEE, THEY WANT ME TO PAY THE PREVIOUS BALANCE AND THE CURRENT RENT AT THE SAME TIME, I ADVISED I DONT HAVE THE MONEY AND THEY WONT HELP ME RESOLVE THE ISSUE

I have for the past three weeks had mice coming into my apartmentI have contacted the rental office and they keep having individuals that work for their property to attempt resolving issuesHowever, there has not been any solid resolutions to getting rid of miceI have spent the last three and half weeks barricaded in my bedroom with my seven year old daughter to avoid themThey constantly use the band aid method to fix everythingOn top of the numerous other issues with the unit, this property is the worstIt took them three weeks to send out pest control who never takes the time to properly treat anythingI was told they patched holes, which they can't tell me where or how
The pest control guy will come in and only spray the kitchen area as if the rest of the apartment shouldn't be treated
They even charged me $to treat bed bugs,but wouldn't inspect other units to ensure the issue was resolved and that they're not coming from any
