I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to meThank You for contacting the Administrator of Autumn View on my behalf (Aaron P.-a fine man who I had met while there)I am pleased that he removed the $unnecessary charge from the billing account under my name, but I believe he was not aware of the mistakes made by the Business Ofc.-SMwho had made a very big mistake on 6/30/She did not listen to her assistant, Sam, who was very efficient with my recordSam had gone over all charges with me, on two occasionsSam was very efficient with the totals given to me and how I could pay the balance I first paid her $ cash and then upon returning home, I sent her my check to cover the balance of $ plus another $check for addchrgs from their beauty shopI contacted her by phone to learn that she had received my payment three days after my discharge and that I was paid in FullThe Cable TV charges (for the period of 6/thru 6/20/were listed in those charges which were now fully paid)It was the staff person (SM.) who created another charge of $ on 6/30/and then a month later decreased it to a balance due of $ for nothing that I purchased in goods or servicesI found her to be a very inefficient Business Office representative, when I called her and attempted to inform her that she was wrongShe should be replaced in that position as she gives a very negative impression of the Autumn View Health Care Facility Regards, [redacted]

On Friday September 9th, Autumn View Health Care Facility located at *** *** ***., received a letter identifying that a complaint was filed with your organization, the Revdex.com over an unresolved matter of $22.00. Please let this letter serve as our formal response to
complaint number ***We took the opportunity to review the status of this disputed bill and have come up with the following response in a good faith effort to not only the consumer, but to your organization as an advocacy group for consumersI t is beneficial to acknowledge that claims are normally adjusted over a protracted time frame and that this is standard practice over the course of a to day windowDuring the month of August, we did reconcile our billing for the month of July and noted that the account for ID *** had an outstanding balance of $22, which actually reflects cable TV charges for the Month of JuneDuring this reconciliation for the Month of June the $in dispute was adjusted and removed from the bill for September's billing cycle - invoice to be sent out September 21stPlease let this letter serve as follow up to claim number ID ***, and that if there are further questions regarding the aforementioned responses please do not hesitate to contact meMy contact information is listed belowSincerely, Aaron PNHA Administrator

I am pleased that he removed the $22.00 unnecessary charge from the billing account under my name, but I believe he was not aware of the mistakes made by the Business Ofc.-S. M. who had made a very big mistake on 6/30/16. She did not listen to her assistant, Sam, who was very efficient with my record. Sam had gone over all charges with me, on two occasions. Sam was very efficient with the  totals given to me and how I could pay the balance.  I first paid her $ 40.00 cash and then upon returning home, I sent her my check to cover the balance of $ 76.24 plus another $3.00 check for add. chrgs from their beauty shop. I contacted her by phone to learn that she had received my payment three days after my discharge and that I was paid in Full. The Cable TV charges (for the period of 6/10 thru 6/20/16 were listed in those charges which were now fully paid). It was the staff person (S. M.) who created another charge of $ 40.00 on 6/30/16 and then a month later decreased it to a balance due of $ 22.00 for nothing that I purchased in goods or services. I found her to be a very inefficient Business Office representative, when I called her and attempted to inform her that she was wrong. She should be replaced in that position as she gives a very negative impression of the Autumn View Health Care Facility.
