I'm sorry to hear that she was not satisfied but I tried to explain things to her but she would not quit hollering at me long enough to hear anything I had to say. we replaced the clutch & pressure plate then took it out and drove it three times, it worked great her son came &
picked up the car which belonged to himTo my understanding he drove it home then decided to go to McDonalds he was almost there then the clutch pedal went to the floor I sent a tow truck after the car when it arrived we looked it over & seen the hydraulic clutch hose had blown, we was unable to check it before hand because you can't see it with out taking other parts off which in turn would have cost her more money, I always try to save my customers as much money as possible, sometimes that don't work outWhen you replace the clutch & pressure plate it does increase the fluid pressure & where we couldn't see the hydraulic clutch hose but even if we could some times you can't tell if they are weak or notHer son which owns the car said that he could tell a big difference in the clutch when he drove itHe also said he could tell it was something different this time when the hose blew, he kept apologizing for his mother for the way she was acting I told him it was ok I was sorry that the hose blew but there was really nothing we could have done except I guess I could have told her it needed the hose regardless if it did or not but I don't do business that way

[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.]I did attach pics of the hose that was taken immediately after picking up the car the 2nd timeThe pictures prove the hose DID NOT blow out on its ownIt appears the hose was damaged during the first repairI was told it was probably hit/cut when they put the transmission back in.

If the hose had been hit or cut during the repair then the car would still not have had a clutch pedal because it would have allowed the fluid to come out but in this case we drove it 3 times and her son the owner of the car drove it home and then was on his way to McDonald's when the hose blew out
