First off, thank you for your residency and we very much appreciate that you are a timely payer. The ant issue you spoke with me and my maintenance man about on Monday 3/14/16 and we sprayed for ants on 3/16/16. I have also scheduled a pest control inspection for 4/18/16. This is the first time we... are hearing about the mold issue you are reporting, I would like to come in and inspect as soon as possible, I will contact you to set up a time for us to inspect this. As for the rent increase, we appreciate and understand that this is a sensitive issue. Typically, every year we raise rents, we need to do this to cover rising costs and because we are a business. We are happy to meet with every resident to discuss new rental rates and we strive to come to a mutual agreement.
