This is in response to a complaint that was filed against my company regarding credentialing services I have attached all emails showing that the credentialing was held up by [redacted] for almost weeks Initially we dealt with [redacted] but he let his wife, [redacted] take over She was the most unprofessional physician that I have ever worked with (She belittled and screamed at my staff) She did not understand the credentialing process I stated to her multiple times that it takes 60-days to complete credentialing She held up the process for almost weeks because she would not send over a W-or a voided check Also, I do not have any affiliation with [redacted] This company was requested by [redacted] in his original email stating he wanted to be in network with them They are a third party company that have already established contracts with about other insurance companies If you sign a contract with them, then you are automatically in network with all the companies You do not have to go to each company and credential with themOnce I explained this to [redacted] a couple times on how they operate, she wanted us to negotiate a contract with them at 90% We did, received the contract from [redacted] showing this, then she refused to sign it You can see by the attachments, once they gave us the proper paperwork, the contract started coming in for their signature Please let me know if you need additional information.Thank you,

Hello,Please see attached the contract from Autus Health as per your requestThere are items in the first paragraph that were not fulfilled:1) “Any denied claims will be corrected or appealed on a daily basis” .....Messages were sent about many denials that were not even acknowledged by the billing center for days, and so they were not appealed on a daily basisMy current billing company is still dealing with the denials (and wrongly submitted claims) that were not taken care of in a timely mannerThey are doing an excellent job trying to rectify these problems to the best of their capacity in order to decrease my financial losses2)”Billing Center will set up weekly calls with the client and send monthly reports showing how well the practice is doing” I did not receive a single phone call or report to inform me of my progress3) “Billing Center will send out patient statements monthly”This was not done eitherDespite the many problems I had with Autus Health, I do not want to deny them monies for whatever payments they did postIn fact, as the owner may recall, I was the one who reminded them at the end of each month, to post payments ASAP, so they could be paidHence I do not want a refund and I will send them the check for whatever services that was rendered in MarchThis exercise was simply an attempt to enlighten other physicians, so they are made aware of the potential problems one can face when hiring a billing companyI also sincerely hope that this will help Autus Health to improve their billing services and policies in the futureI wish them all the bestThank you

Honestly, I think this is a retaliation because I sent her to the medical board for psych evaluation Autus Health is the one that terminated the contract, not her She would send us or more messages back to back within an hour, texts, and calls for the same questions stating we have not responded to her This happened several times which led me to believe she was mentally unstable Since her profession was dealing with children, I felt the need to report her to the medical board When Autus took over her account, it was from another billing company that did not have checks posted or claims sent out We caught all of those up and stayed current I am sure she has moved on from the billing company that took over after us That would make at least three or more billing companies within three months Obviously there is an issue here with her being the common denominator There are documentation that can be pulled from all of our texts, emails, and her system to prove the unstableness of her once the medical board starts the research process Please let me know if you have any other questions.I have attached my email to her to prove that Autus Health cancelled the contract, not her.Tiffany C***

So you were completely dishonest in your statement that you terminated Autus What else are you dishonest about? I have multiple emails and texts that shows why this doctor would need a mental evaluation A professional, sane doctor would not send over messages, texts, emails within an hour regarding a patient with a $balance We had to make our policy that we would respond within hours because of her She sent in on day over 60! She only sees maybe patients/day at one location I don't even get that many from my clients in a year that see over patients/day I will not be refunding her money back, in fact, I will probably be turning her in the my collection agency for her last invoice and contacting my attorney for declamation of character for statements made and this Revdex.com reportingI have been in business for years and have excellent references and provide excellent services Autus has had two complaints and both doctors has reported me after I have DISCHARGED THEM from Autus' servicesThank you

As of today, I have not received a refund even though I signed a release agreeing to settle the matter for $

First of all I would like to say that my reporting this to Revdex.com is not a retaliation as I was not aware of her reporting me till now. But the proof is in the pudding. My record and reputation is spotless with no negative reports against me from anyone. On the other hand, there are already other complaints lodged against her company to Revdex.com for similar issues. So before she reports me for evaluation, she should take a good look at her own performance because she does not keep her word and seems delusional.Secondly, let me get the record straight. I did not use 3 billing companies in 3 months! I used one billing company for 5 years, and it was only 3 months ago that I hired Autus. After they totally messed up my entire account and made me loose money, I hired another company last month and this new company has been excellent. They are extremely efficient and are trying to rectify all the numerous mistakes made by Autus. While it is true that she was the first to send me the letter for termination, I was waiting to terminate her services till I found a replacement. I had already started the process of searching and interviewing other billing companies many days before her letter. Due to this proactive and cautious approach, I was able to terminate her ahead of time and not wait till the end of the month.Thirdly her company did not "catch up or stay current" They were lagging behind so badly and none of my messages/issues were being handled in a timely fashion. When she took over my account, she said that all messages/issues would be responded to within 24 hrs.........they were not even "acknowledged" for days and weeks, hence I had to send them reminders. Numerous messages being sent is not a sign of mental "unstableness", it is instead a sign of trying to get answers from an extremely unreliable and unprofessional company for work that is not being done as promised. There was one person initially, who was handling my account, and she seemed more knowledgeable about billing, but she left the company abruptly, and after that the problems just got worse. Finally I would like to say that I rarely message or call my new billing company, as they know what they are doing and have been taking of things very well. So the issue is not me as the "common denominator" Autus health's poor performance and inability to deliver services as a billing company is the problem!I have records of conversations and false promises made by the owner for your reference.Thank you

It has been sent.  Please see below.  Dr [redacted] calls my office 5-6 times daily.  He is completely harassing me at this point over $1500????  I have sent him an email stating the check was sent but he continues to call and call and call.
