I have been a customer for the past years, I had an issue once back in or with an order that I placed for a Tuesday, but a lady named Nina called me on a Friday and said she has my order for that day and I had to pick it upI was very disappointed with her tone and decided not to shop there Any longer because of her rude unnecessary attitudeAfter the incident, almost a year after I went back, Nina remembered our conversation and apologized..I have ordered many more times, bought bread and more and the last time was January 13thYesterday January 26th I spoke to Nina about an order, she said she had a line of 'many people' and had to call back..then she left a msg, I called back and she asked why If I received her msg? Implying why did I even call back? She basically said send an email with what you want and I'll touch baseI asked if there was still time? Because I really need it for Friday and she said YesAfter I submitted pictures and all she called me at around 1:pm next day, and says
' I can't do your cake'
I ask why? I thought you said there's time , what's the problem?
Nina says: ' I see you had an issue previously with one of your orders and I don't wanna disappoint you again.'
I am so upset, why does she tell me this last minute? And why did she accept my orders for the past years? and how am I responsible for her taking the wrong date for my order????
I called back to ask the owner, but they didn't transfer to him and I doubt that he will be given info to call backNina has a terrible conduct and should be out of there really, this is the second time she is ruining my day and this comes before a wedding occasion...I am furious
