We called Aux Mechanical when our furnace stopped working just as the cold weather arrived The technician's name was *** He was very nice and appeared to be knowledgeable But the quote for the repair job was astronomical! Nearly $1300! I had sticker shock He offered financing through Wells Fargo, mos 0% interest He also quoted me $for a new gas furnace These were numbers we were NOT prepared for But he told us with financing, the monthly payment on the repair would be only about $90-100...but then he said the payments for the NEW FURNACE would only be $147! Naturally, I said, "Well, if it's only about $more per month, of COURSE we will go with replacing the furnace!" But later, my wife and I realized the MATH DIDN'T ADD UP! How could $be paid in mos if we only paid $a month? So when he got there to install the new furnace, we asked him Turns out THAT WAS THE MINIMUM PAYMENT, and the amount to pay it off in mos was MORE THAN DOUBLE what he told us! Even worse, he said he didn't know what interest rate would be charged if we didn't pay it off in mos...he said to call Wells Fargo We did They said that the COMPANY would have to tell us that But no one at the company knew what the interest rate would jump to after mos Turns out, it was IN the paperwork, just no one seemed to be aware of it, and NO ONE TOLD US! The interest rat would have been 27.99%!!!! I use Wells Fargo financing in my own business I know that there are rules, regulations, and LAWS governing full disclosure of all terms that is REQUIRED BY LAW for any company offering financing This company is ripping people off by NOT TELLING THEM what the REAL payments are going to be in order to pay it off in mos At best, they are INCOMPETENT in their business practices, at worst, they are DISHONEST Even worse, I got a quote from another company for the SAME REPAIR, and it was only $500!!! Not $1300....$500! And a new furnace? Only $2200! That means AUX is charging NEARLY DOUBLE what other companies charge! I will NEVER use this company again, nor will I EVER recommend this company to ANYONE...ever

Mother Board replaced by Aux Mechanical ended up costing me over all Not months later it goes out again !!!!!!! Someone else replacing it total cost labor and parts Also found where my strip heat was not properly re-connected by Aux technician previously What a RIP off ! Very disappointed anyone like this is allowed to do business
