Review: This is in correlation with a complaint to [redacted] center. I notified my insurance company in Nov. 2014 that I had been billed for things I had not even done and for things that were suppose to be included in my care plan. I sent them a copy of my care plan and they already my EOBs. I have called several times and sent messages 9 times over the last 5 months. I was told the manager [redacted] was working on it and they contacted the office and it could take up to 60 days to process. Well way past that Dr. [redacted] sent a letter saying that cervical traction being charged to my insurance was incorrect well there's no way either one of them looked at the EOBs because if they would have they would have seen that yes they did and [redacted]s billing department is the one who told me what those charges were for. Also he only told them why the vibe therapy is used in their office but that was not my concern. I should not have been charged for it because I NEVER DID it and if he would have read his notes he would have seen that he told me my neck was not strong enough for it. So Insurance just took his word for it even though I'm the patient and there client and I should know what I did or didn't do. And I refuse to pay for something that I did not do or should have been covered in my care plan. There are other charges as well that they are aware of. After I got the letter from the Claims manager [redacted] I tried to contact her to discuss it but she would not return any of my calls. This is just plain wrong!!!! I feel if my Doctor would send in saying I had a vasectomy they would pay it and not even question it even though I'm a woman. That's how bad it is. They just don't care, and that's why health care costs are so high. One of them needs to make this right.Desired Settlement: I want all claims adjusted accordingly. All charges for $25.00 and $35.00 should be removed and reprocessed. Any claims paid twice for same date of service should be removed and reprocessed. Any charges sent to [redacted] Pain relief center for my co insurance for those charges should be taken off my payment plan and be requested paid back by them.

I met with Dr. [redacted] and his office manager yesterday the 20th. We sat down and went over the EOBs and everything. We have come to an agreement and a settlement was paid in full. Thank you for your help. So this will settle the complaints for both ID#[redacted] and [redacted].
