Review: [redacted] reached this company, Auxum Solutions Inc. thinking they were [redacted]. Auxum's web site came up when [redacted] was searched. After talking with an operator which was difficult to understand because of background noise and accent she repeatedly told them she did not understand them and she did not want their services. Since they already had her credit card number and electronic signiture which they required at the beginning of the call she was charged $299.99 on her account. [redacted] has not received any service from Auxum and does not wish to receive any service from them. She informed them of this in her original call and later when she called to complain about the charge.[redacted] filed a fraud claim with the credit card company. They were unable to help because of the signiture. The Auxum Solutions number was called to complain about the charge and they said they would refund the money. Even though they agreed to refund the money to her credit card they did not and the charge has again shown up on her bill[redacted]Desired Settlement: [redacted] wound like the $299.99 refunded to her credit card account. She would also like to prevent others from having this same problem.

Review: The salesperson misrepresented that they were service providers for [redacted] and pressured me to purchase a service contract because my new computer was corrupted. I am still having the same issues and talked with my local internet provider who advised me that my network was secure and that this seemed to be a scam. Auxum wants more money to protect my computer which is apparently unnecessary.Desired Settlement: I would like my service contract purchase price ($249.99) refunded and no further interaction with Auxum.

They told me they would refund my money, but I've not seen anything yet. That was right after my complaint. I have also had to take make new computer in to have virus removed from the date they started "servicing" it. I hope you can help keep anyone else from being taken advantage of my them.

Review: In September 2013, I engaged with Auxum Solutions Inc. in a two-year computer service contract plan, paid them in full and subscribed to the terms and condition as noted in attached contract. In turn, Auxum Inc. was to provide one stop solutions for our computer needs with the stipulation that if “Auxum IN is unable to successfully complete one of the services” as specified in the Service Contract attached, I the Customer “may purchase and Auxum INC service to address the issue at a 15% discount from the regular service prices.”

In good faith, I , the Customer has performed all of the required functions of this agreement ti included but not limited to payment in full all supports services agreed to by Auxum. In turn, Auxum has been expected to provide those support services including but not limited to 24/7 service coverage’s and adherence to the agreement as governed by the laws of the United States of America. In compliance with this agreement, I have made repeated attempts to contact this Company under this agreement to provide service support which was paid in advance and without hesitation. None of the contact numbers were either working or were answered. Therefore, no service was performed and no calls returned. Also, the Company has not notified me of modifications to terms of service and service nor have they notified me that the company is no longer providing the service which they were paid in advanced.

My fear is that company has simply disappeared or refuses to provide service support which they have already been paid in full. Both conditions are considered a “breach of contract” since services have been paid but not performed.

Therefore, I am requesting Revdex.com investigation in an attempt to determine the exact status of this contract and whether or not I can recover the remaining funds in this two year contract.

Review: This company can not be reached. They have taken my money and are not available to assist with my computer problems. When I found help they told me that the work Auxum Sollution said they had done that it wasn't ever done. To look into if they were legitimate company. I found out from you they have a score of F. I do not like being cheat out of $399.99.Desired Settlement: Stop these people from scaming other
