I have been to this vet and I just want to say my feelings and what happened in MY words
On 2/25/I awoke to having a beautiful lbbaby years old named *** He was a apple head Chihuahua my spoiled best friend ,and when I went to sleep I was aloneI came home from work to his eye was popped out didn't know how or why but I took him to the only place open, my son who was years old helped take me thereWe got there sat in a room for a few maybe minutes and Dr*** came in said let me get you a estimate like we were at a auto body shop and sent a girl in to say it would be for low cost surgery to remove his eye and I said it was little high due to the fact that the paper said large dog! I said he is only five lbsthey said they give the same medsOk so you give the same anesthesia to a lbdog as a lbRottweiler???? \They said yes! Nevertheless I said can you do better they came back to say they would do it for $and I said when she said they would do the surgery that night and he would stay 36-hours I said ok I will give you $and pay the rest in two days they would not take my money they said they wanted $1500.00, I said I only had twelve please take my money and they would not they gave me options
1) pay the $now 2) pay $460? and they would put a cone on his neck and a pain shot and I could take him to a different vet the next day 3) $they would put my dog to sleep
Now keep in mind by this time it was almost three hours later and he was in shock and lethargic and crying in pain , what would you do? I begged them please take my money fix my dog ! they said no make your decision I had no choice please take my money they would not *** the office money manager and *** the Office manager said no My best friend was gone I could not be selfish and let him suffer one more minuteMy son said Mom please do the right thing they are not going to help he is in pain and suffering I had to give these Role playing murderers ..People who should not be no where near a vet office $to stop his pain and my pain and my little angle was truly a *** If you have a heart and a best friend PLEASE don't take them hereYou can not let these People play GOD there is only one GOD and hopefully they will have to answer to himWhat person would give a vet $and never go back to pick up their babyno one I know do you ? This is my story and my night mare with the place you think is you safe haven for you babyI will never forget or forgive this place and I just asked for the owner to call so he could tell me how he is, is he the same type of person that gave this much authority to these two people who felt proud of what they accomplished that day? No response!!!! Other than *** calling saying she would set up a meeting with the owner and herself and we could discuss this and she was sorry for my loss and they did give me optionsI don't want to sit in the same room with a killer, and a heartless person how could she be in charge of a office that is suppose to care ?Please let everyone you know ,know what THEY HAVE DONE AND NOT TO USE THESE VET !!!!!! look them up they have three offices under the same owner !!! BEWARE!!!!!
