The technitian entered the house , greeted the customer and represented himselfThen he walked into the kitchen and mistakenly aproached the refrigerator thinking that that was the appliance he needed to repairHe opened the fresh food door
and noticed that the temperature was not set up rightHe told the customer about thatShe said that she called service for the washer LGBut before he went to look at the washer he did a favor of setting the right temperature on the refrigerator so that it doesn't have any further problemsThen the technitian moved to the laundry area to take a look at the washer
He asked what was the problem with it, customer said that it was tripping electrical breakerTechnitian pressed the power button and the unit turned on, then start button display showed DE error code which meant door errorAfter that he started to check the door lock and found out that it was brokenHe told the cutomer about itCustomer said that it was not broken before and accused technitian for breaking itTechnitian tried to explain that he did not break it but the customer kept on accusing himIn order not to have any further miscommunication or misunderstanding the technician assembled back washer door boot, took his tools and left the house without charging any service fee which was $
We provide professional service to all of our customers and their opinion is very important to usThat's why our technitians are very truthful and provide high level of serviceBut we have right to refuse service in rare cases in order to avoid any problems

We have received a call on 6/17/from customer regarding an issue he was having with his refrigeratorWe were able to find his information in the system and schedule an appointment on 6/19/Technician who was at the initial day of service (4/29/17) with our supervisor arrived at the customer
place at the time of an appointmentAfter diagnosing the refrigerator the technician found that the unit had seal system problem, no freon or bad compressorAfter further diagnose the technician was able to find out that the refrigerator had 5-years warranty from manufacture and the customer was advised to contact the manufacturer to address the issues with the unitThe customer seemed to understand everything that he was told and the invoice was signed by him. Besides the fact that our company has days warranty on the labor that has already expired we can still offer the reimbursement, but we will need to remove the part that we installed on an initial appointment (4/29/17) and put back in the original partThe original charge for the repair was $420, which included parts, labor and taxOur service call fee charge is $which will be deducted from the original charge ( $420-$35=$385)So, the amount of reimbursement will be $if all parties agree We would also require the removal of all the negative reviews on Yelp and closer of the dispute on Revdex.com about this matter
