My husband and I are so disappointed with our experience We waited a long time to finally do some upgrades to our house We decided to go with Chic to replace carpets and install luxury vinyl throughout main floor We also hired Chic to reno the main floor bathroom and laundry room The floors went in in June It is now mid October and discrepancies in the floor are left undone The cabinets that were to be built in the laundry/mudroom have been taking forever Three weeks ago, frustrated with the slow developments we asked for a completion schedule We got it weeks later, and they didn't show to complete the projects as planned Throughout this month process they never show up when they say and they have a million excuses as to why they are delayed Quite ridiculous really and very frustrating Worse they kept asking for more money before the job was done We decided to fire them and move on with a more capable company Be very careful with this guy, Chic, he sure can talk
