I was in need of a quality company to come out and replace my furnace, air conditioner and thermostat. Given the expense and the importance I was very concerned with finding someone who would do quality work that they stood behind. I have had less then positive experiences with other HVAC vendors, so I was really hoping that AV Enterprises would come out and do great work for me. I can say that I could not have been more pleased. The entire experience was a pleasure. They were prompt and polite with scheduling, and very accommodating in providing us a labor and materials quote, explaining our options and helping us decide what was best. They arrived a day later, and installed the new units. They were neat, clean and polite. I have animals and children running around the house, and they were very courteous to make sure they were neat and professional. The work performed was of the utmost quality. Even though they could have reused old copper pipe, they replaced everything to assure that we would get the best performance from our new unit. Upon completion they tested everything for us, showed us the new furnace and how to replace the filters, cleaned up and seemed pleased to have done a good job, not just that the day was over. I called the following day with a question, and they got back to me right away - ( it was about the condensation collector and how it sent gathered water to the sump ) then to top if all off, they even assisted me in filling out rebate forms for [redacted] * since it qualified for a rebate. I could not recommend this company enough. Quality work, professional, knowledgeable, family business, that really does care about there customers and reputation.
