I came to this place to return some items to [redacted] and the clerk who assisted me was very rude. He asked me to do him a favor and grab the printing label that I purchased across the room without saying please or thank you. But instead he was matter a fact about it and very rude. I then began to complain about doing his job and he replied in a matter of fact response and said "yea dude I just asked you a favor man chill out man" I felt it was very inappropriate as there was another customer there who agreed. He then proceeded to make smart and rude remarks say "hey man I just asked you to do me a favor dude". This was very inappropriate, rude, and unprofessional. As I completed my transaction I went home to call to speak to the owner to express my displeasure. As I was doing so the clerk began chastize me , saying "you have nothing better else to do" , you are a crazy [redacted]" etc etc. He continued to hang up on me and refuse to disclose their information such as names and owner . As I am calling there right now, they have taken the option of leaving a message. They literally took the answering machine off as I am trying to leave a message. Their is no longer an option as we speak to leave a message.
