I am a frequent customer always buying juul mint 4 pack pods 5% nicotine, never had any issues until today. They gave me an empty package I got home, did not open the pack of pods as I still had some left in the one I using. Went to my purse when I ran out of juice, and felt the package and knew it was empty. Out of respect I called the owner and asked to swap out my pack as it still was up open and so he could check the remainder of his packs he had at his store so it didn’t happen to another customer. He refused to exchange my UNOPENED package and told me he’d deal with me at 7pm. This is not in a nice neighborhood and I wouldn’t be caught at dark going to this establishment at that hour alone. How can a man say he’d deal with me, and assumes I stole this when I go in once a week always! They’re more expensive but still went support them as the employees are always nice and know me. Basically he stole 32.00 of my money I have the receipt and the unopened pack still! I went in to show the employee I bought from and he said he couldn’t do anything as he would get in trouble. He wanted me to buy another pack and come in? How do I know he hasn’t done this for that reason to make more money. Very rude service from the owner. Alex is his name.
