Panasonic plasma TV has been in their shop for repair for a year.Panasonic referred me to this company for repair of my 50" plasma TV. The TV has been in their shop for a year. Every time I call they say the part is backordered, the part they received was bad, they got the wrong part, etc. They always say they will look into and call me back, not once have they done so. Two weeks ago I asked what the part was and where they ordered it from, we called that company and they explained that they have never had a part backordered for that long. When I called them back and confronted them, now their story changed to they misplaced the order. I want my TV fixed or replaced. A year is extremely too long for a repair.Desired SettlementI want my TV repaired or replaced with an equal or comparable TV.
