I see on *** this company has star, well on *** they'll have another negative review
Absolutely unprofessional, I don't ever go out of my way to complain but goodness this company needs guidance and direction
They sent some guy named Illya out to my girlfriend's residenceFirst off he pulls up in an unmarked car (no company logo), mind you there are cars parked at the houseFor SOME reason he feels the need to start peeking through my girl's windows into the house! Apparently looked like a creeper so much that the freaking neighbors were concerned and went over to make sure everything was okay!
2nd thing that *** ** ***, he was unprofessional and extremely short with my girlfriend, telling her essentially she doesn't know how to work a washer machine and that we use too much soap (even though she fills it to the line--as any person who can follow directions would)I'm sorry but you don't treat people with lack of respect, after he "finished the job" she goes to put a load in of course, and the damn washer is broken! There is water everywhere in the room, the washer is no longer spinning or drainingSo she does what's appropriate, calls AVA back and let's them know Illya didn't do his job and that she needs it fixedThey say they can't get back out to her until Wednesday next week??! Mind you it's Friday at noon, but you can't come until Wednesday??
Not only did Illya freak the neighbors out acting like a creeper, he spent minutes on the job, was disrespectful and actually messed the washer up 3xs worse than what it was already, but the customer service when she called back to let them know what happened was that worthy of an F-.....I will be complaining to the Revdex.com as well AVA, with that kind of staff I don't believe you are equipped *** to provide in home services
ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE COMPANY

Home Depot extended warranty assigned AVA Appliance Repair to service my dryer It was drying really hot and causing everything to wrinkle Wynn came out on a Friday afternoon He pulls up in a car (not a company logo vehicle), in a golf outfit and without any toolsHe doesn’t even touch the dryer He indicates that there is nothing he can do to fix the dyer, yet doesn’t even touch it There is a diagnosis feature that he doesn’t even try He said I need to call back Home Depot and tell them and that his report will indicate such The next week, I follow his directions I get a return call from Home Depot indicating his report said “I leave the clothes sitting in the dryer and that is the cause.” I took a half day off work to have my dryer not even touched! I absolutely do NOT leave my clothes sitting in the dryer! I already had one part replaced and there is still an issue However, how would you know that when you show up to a service call and DO NOT even touch the machine! He just looked at it from across the room and said there is nothing he can do! AGAIN, there is a diagnosis feature he didn’t even try that I did telephonically with LG (I called them after this incident) and they indicate there is an issue with the machine! I hope Wynn had fun golfing while I wasted my day out of work and now need to have another opinion come out, taking me another day out of work

We only received one work order for the washer, but did not receive a work order for the dryerAt that time we advised the customer to contact their warranty company to get another work order for the dryer, which they didHowever, upon receiving the new work order we had an internal
glitch in our system that did not automatically accept the scheduled work orders into our system as it normally doesUnfortunately, this error affected a hand full of work orders sent to us during this time period resulting in the appointments prescheduled with the warranty company to not appear on our schedule, this job being one of themIn regards to the dryer vent cleaning, it is universally recommended that a homeowner cleans their dryer vent once a year and It was determined by our technician that this vent was in need of a cleaning and that the clogged vent was contributing to the initial complaint on the unitOur company was never informed that the problem with the dryer persisted after the vent cleaning took place and never received a recall to return and diagnosis the unit furtherDue to the inconvenience the customer experienced with missed appointments as a result of the internal error in our system we are willing to reimburse them $70.00 for our trip and diagnostic feeAgain, were are extremely sorry for any negative experience our customer had with our service and hope to earn the chance to make it up to them in the future

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait until for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.

They sent some guy named Illya out to my girlfriend's residence. First off he pulls up in an unmarked car (no company logo), mind you there are 2 cars parked at the house. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE COMPANY.

Unfortunately, this error affected a hand full of work orders sent to us during this time period resulting in the appointments prescheduled with the warranty company to not appear on our schedule, this job being one of them. In regards to the dryer vent cleaning, it is universally recommended that a homeowner cleans their dryer vent once a year and It was determined by our technician that this vent was in need of a cleaning and that the clogged vent was contributing to the initial complaint on the unit. Our company was never informed that the problem with the dryer persisted after the vent cleaning took place and never received a recall to return and diagnosis the unit further. Due to the inconvenience the customer experienced with missed appointments as a result of the internal error in our system we are willing to reimburse them $70.00 for our trip and diagnostic fee. Again, were are extremely sorry for any negative experience our customer had with our service and hope to earn the chance to make it up to them in the future.

Worse service I ever came across. Needed a dishwasher fix for a month now. 2-4 days to come out then said they need to order parts. Called to see if they ordered parts they did not and said I need to call warranty plan again. Come to find out they told warranty they fixed problem. Set up another appointment frustrated and they said they will be out in 4-5 days. Calls and tell me they are coming Wednesday. Calls Wednesday say they are 20 mins. away. 40 min later they say they will not be able to come out because they need to order part? What?? Is this a joke. Only reason I even was dealing with for a second time is because I have a Home Depot warranty. I have missed 2 days of work now waiting and it's costing more than just buying a new dishwasher. If it's the last thing you do. Do not except AVA appliance as your service provider.
