Review: Hello,

[redacted], the owner of AVA Concepts completed a home remodling work for us. One of the things he did was to build a new shower. The grout between the tiles is cracked from side to side now.

We contacted Mr. [redacted] several times and left multiple messages but he never returned my calls. He has a two year warranty on his work (the contact was signed 12-13-2013 and the work was completed 1-31-2014) and I assume he intends to drag his feet until the warranty expires.

Review: In July of this year, we hired [redacted] / [redacted] of AVA Concepts of 3370 Cherokee Ave # 38

San Diego, CA 92104. We signed a contract with him the week of August 21st, 2014 for 21,080.00. We have paid approximately $18,500.00. The project is not complete and we have not received the following.

-Installation of our carpets

-Installation of our appliances(Stove, Refrigerator, dishwasher)

-removal of garbage and demolition

I have been trying to reach [redacted] for the last week, and even made a trip from San Francisco this weekend to the subject property in San Diego to resolve this issue. He has not returned my calls, nor has he returned any of my emails or texts. I am not asking for resolution, but I am asking that you stand by the recommendations that you perform on your service and have him removed from your vendor list so that other customers do not hire him.

I am preparing to have our attorney file a suit against him and his firm for breach of contract.
