The claims she is saying are falseNONE IF MsN***’s items were in a box, also we tried to consult with herWe try our best to always work with our customers however when a customer comes in with her daughter whom went irate on my employee throwing her hands in her face resulting on my
employee having to call At that point I reserve the right that is also clearly posted around the store no refund or exchange , for MsN*** nor her daughter are allowed to return to the business of ava Jae’s Overstock!
A refund of $was sent to her! Things just didn't work out on either partiesThank you!
