They don't take responsibility for the damage they cause....
In August they put a new roof on my home. After they left, we had damage to our new siding where they took it down to flash behind it. of course, this was not in the pictures that they take before, during, and after. Then we had water running between our gutters and fascia boards all the way around the house. This was sealed the year prior when the siding was done. They came out once to fix the siding and j channel damage which they blatantly tried to cover up. They also tried to seal around certain areas. Well 3 months later it is still leaking, and AVA now claims it is not their responsibility. Meanwhile my brand-new soffits are being discolored from the dirt and debris that are flowing with the water between the 2 areas mentioned. I am fairly certain with winter ice melt and drainage, heavy rain I will have water in my basement again.
Apparently spending 18k with AVA gets you absolutely nowhere. I am appalled at their explanation of, that is normal. If this is normal, why install gutters at all? And also why did you try to fix it the 1st time.
AVA did a complete roof tear off job at my home and did a fantastic job They finished the entire job in one dayThey were courteous, friendly, and fairly priced They showed up on time and did a wonderful job of cleaning up when they were finished I highly recommend them
Very positive experience! I would highly recommend AVA Vitaly and his crew were professional and timely He never tried to upsell us anything He gave us options and his rates were very reasonable

Back in July Our family had a new roof installed by AVA Roofing & SideingFrom the estimate to the finish results this Company was a high caliber professional group of menThat I would recommend to any Company or Family looking for a roofer They had layers to tare off which took them hours to complete the whole roofClosed up the old box type vents and replaced with a ridge ventreplaced flashing, opened eves and replaced with new material, Installed baffle vent, covered trim boards with a metal wrap to make them maintenance free, and installed new soffitsThey even shingled a small shedA complete clean up and hauled away all used materialsWe also got all new gutters and down spoutsAll this in a day and a 1/and a good price

The massive roof on our single-story family home in Amherst NY, was in dire need of replacement I called in every major roofer in the area for a thorough site visit AVA was head and shoulders above the rest in professionalism and thorough due diligence They seem to be the leader of the newer generation of roofers in WNYAVA did their best to tarp the roof to protect the house from leaks, they always made time to answer my questions, return to the site for more research, and provide complete information Sales rep Tony and owner Vik are both stars Tony has awesome customer skills and thorough understanding of roofing The owner Vik , like Tony, is professional, wonderfully warm and personable, hands-on, and readily available He offered thoughtful solutions to a couple of issues The tear-off crew did a thorough job with exceptional clean-up When I noticed that they had destroyed a couple of sprinkler heads, Vik was quick to make reparations AVA's roofing crew did an A+ job Because I couldn't be onsite for most of the weeklong project, Tony and Vik sent me photos and narrated video at various stages I can confidently say that none of the other roofers would have made this effort! For AVA, it seems to be standard practice When I returned to the house, Vik came out personally for a thorough walk-throughFrom start to finish, AVA was passionately committed to meeting our needs and surpassing our expectations Everyone who comes to the house comments immediately on the quality of the roofing I'm not surprised by the unequivocal [redacted] and [redacted] list reviews and you won't be either! I have used AVA more the one time on our rental properties and I have got to admit they are the best and very reasonable because I trust them percent and I knew they would deliver
To me, the devil is in the detailThese are things I had to clean up after the roof was completedI did call and mention these things to the owner and was promised a gift card for my efforts (never got the card) I had to caulk exposed nail heads, caulk at my own expenseI had to caulk the main toilet roof bootThe roof ventilator fan was not caulked per my request and fan instructions and I have been up there twice to anchor it againA sheet of the fire wall drywall in the garage fell due to dropping of roof tile bundels on the roof and I had to go up and screw it back inMy leg is black and blue because I am on blood thinners and broke a blood vesselI'm years old, I needed a complete jobAlthough the overall job was good, I believe I should not have had to do cleanup and should have been compensated
I interviewed about different roofing contractors before I decided to go with AVA RoofingThe reason they were chosen was because they were the most professional, and very politeThey came in with samples of different materials talked me through the process of what was going to take place and explained everything in detailThe crew was polite and hard working, the job was complete in a very timely fashion and I'm a satisfied customer
Excellent company for your roofing needs Very thorough inspection, prior to providing quotes for work to be done The actual roof repair process was of high quality, and yet Very affordable We will use them again, and will recommend to others
