Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:I called about the price first and was told once the item is open I cannot return. Since my item was open I wasn't able to return it. I decided to give it a try since I was told I could not return it. I tried the item and it fell apart at the band in less than 10 days of use and was not tracking the data is was supposed to. I could not find a number listed to call so I emailed several times requesting my money be returned sue to a faulty product. I did not get anodized response until I filed a complaint with Revdex.com. I also complained on the Facebook page and instead of fixing the issue they just kept arguing with me. Sincerely,[redacted]

I was never given the chance to return it to be fixed, there is no phone number to call to fix the issue. I was asked to do a survey after receiving the product and inworet an honest survey regarding my experience and Ava replied back to my survey on Facebook saying they give out replacement parts but now way to contact them to get t resolved. Instead she argues with me on Facebook about how I never reported the issue when I did. My husband and I both contacted support about this via email and I didn't receive a response until I filed a complaint with the Revdex.com. The business should not be ran this way it's a bad business model especially for an item of this price.Sincerely,[redacted]

Our return policy is clear. Customers cannot ask for a refund without first giving us the opportunity to fix the issue. We would have replaced her entire product for free, but instead she kept commenting on our Facebook page demanding we give her her money back. This is not how a business is run.

This customer called us to ask why we charged her $150 before her shipment, as she thought it would only cost $80. Ava has never, ever been advertised for $80 anywhere. I asked the customer to provide proof that we advertised for $80, and if she could provide it, we would only charge her that much....

If not, and she would like to cancel instead, she was welcome to do so. She could not provide proof and did not choose to cancel. 
Our return policy is clearly stated on our website and was shared with the customer. We offered to fix her product for free, but the customer was insistent that we simply refund her money without giving us the opportunity to assist her. We've had 50+ other customers contact us with questions about their product, and we were able to assist all of them for free. This customer did not want help.
