Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I was never given the chance to return it to be fixed, there is no phone number to call to fix the issueI was asked to do a survey after receiving the product and inworet an honest survey regarding my experience and Ava replied back to my survey on Facebook saying they give out replacement parts but now way to contact them to get t resolvedInstead she argues with me on Facebook about how I never reported the issue when I didMy husband and I both contacted support about this via email and I didn't receive a response until I filed a complaint with the Revdex.comThe business should not be ran this way it's a bad business model especially for an item of this price.Sincerely, [redacted] ***
Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:I called about the price first and was told once the item is open I cannot returnSince my item was open I wasn't able to return itI decided to give it a try since I was told I could not return itI tried the item and it fell apart at the band in less than days of use and was not tracking the data is was supposed toI could not find a number listed to call so I emailed several times requesting my money be returned sue to a faulty productI did not get anodized response until I filed a complaint with Revdex.comI also complained on the Facebook page and instead of fixing the issue they just kept arguing with meSincerely, [redacted] ***
This customer called us to ask why we charged her $before her shipment, as she thought it would only cost $Ava has never, ever been advertised for $anywhereI asked the customer to provide proof that we advertised for $80, and if she could provide it, we would only charge her that much If not, and she would like to cancel instead, she was welcome to do soShe could not provide proof and did not choose to cancel Our return policy is clearly stated on our website and was shared with the customerWe offered to fix her product for free, but the customer was insistent that we simply refund her money without giving us the opportunity to assist herWe've had 50+ other customers contact us with questions about their product, and we were able to assist all of them for freeThis customer did not want help
